Terrible customer service

I have just been on the line for 15 minutes to report a fault.I was number 1 in the queue right from the beginning then they just cut me off.
I will definitely be changing my telephone provider as soon as possible

Usually you are very quick

Usually you are very quick with a breakdown. The broadband was back on quite fast but it took nearly a month to get the landline back. I know they are not used much but I have a hospital consultant who will use that even when I’m texted that he is going to ring.

Whilst waiting to be connected

Whilst waiting to be connected, 10 mins, rather excessive I thought, I read some of the feed back on Trustpilot where it appeared Belle was the only person answering calls! She then answered mine! And was extremely helpful in sorting out an issue with my Mother's care line and checking and changing her package. Thank you so much. Excellent service.

Excellent service from Belle

Belle was brilliant today really helpful in dealing with queries regarding my elderly father’s account. She took the time to try and reduce the items he has on his bill. She went above and beyond, she was friendly and a pleasure to talk too.
