This is NOT a good product. I wanted to use the translation device in Thailand, it works quite well from English to Thai, but fails immensely in translation from Thai to English. I tried to return the device and get a refund, the company refused. I would strongly recommend NOT to buy this product, poor translation device and extremely bad customer service.
Device does no support Bulgarian ! all sales info said it did support Bulgarian. Has been a waste of money ! Have tried to get answers but have had no replies back. very disappointed.

How can I return it for a full refund.. Nothing at all like advertised.. I saw no mention in the ad, that it needed bluetooth and a smart phone to work..
I can't read the instructions with a magnifying glass, and what I can read, I don't understand a word.. Nothing at all like it was advertised.. The video showed a larger item, that worked alone..
Absolutely useless to me.. I want a full refund.. Just tell me how to return it..
