Very dissatisfied about it!!! No projects assign by them until now and they seem to be working with only a few clients from a few location.

I’m absolutely shocked by the service I received few days ago I’m shocked !
Firstly translate.com don’t have a number to call to discuss the issues only emails that they not responding on time , they give you 3 days notice to chance or correct paperwork but they never on the other side to resolve the issues again on time ! I have been asked to post original documents to Coventry for apostle but I see i received the copy not the original paperwork that I send to apostle address ! How can you legal copy with not both parties signatures?! In fact I been sent papers in pdf only 2 pages but I payed for 3 pages , marriage contract In Lithuanian that need to be translated and had to be approved by apostile , I payed £303 for what ? To receive a copy of 2 pages not original? I’m asking now for the company to fix their problem that they put me true and post with apostile my original documents but unfortunately they asking me to pay again ?! This is a JOKE what kind of Mickey Mouse Company is this !!!!
