Never again: Price change after order!

Nach Erhalt eines Angebotes per Email und Bestellung/ Bezahlung per PAYPAL erhielt ich folgende Email:
really sorry to inform you that the price in the website has changed.
The price for TH72035KLD-BAA-000-RE in the website is wrong.
the correct price is USD5 per piece.
You need to pay extra USD14.69 for 5 pieces to our PayPal account: [Paypal account]
