Fantastic Foolow Up!
When we received our first transformer table, there were some flaws in panels for the round desktop panels. I spoke with.Boudah D. and he immediately worked to order a new round table top with panels.
After receiving the new table top, I thought it might be able to use the old table top by creating bases of my own I contacted the transformer website to ask for the size of hex nuts that I could get from my local hardware store. I am not sure how he got in on my email, but the very next day Boudah contacted me to let me know he had ordered replacement hex nuts for me. He is a great example of customer service and the overall support the Transformer Table provides its customers.

Your company has been great. They were with me when I ordered it and when I found it was damaged out of the box. They took care of it right away both times. The representatives were extremely helpful and sympathetic very professional. I am sorry that you have to use such a sorry transport to get it from Denver to me. I'm sure it was a beautiful, perfectly fine table when it left the factory and it had to have been damaged in transport. I am not looking forward to the next two bozos. But thank you for all of your service and help. This is the most expensive table I have ever bought and I love it.
