I will never purchase from this company ever again!

* Save On Supplements Ltd
* Transforme

On 30th June 2025
I paid for 365 Capsules of Omega 3, & Evening Primrose Capsules for my elderly mother in law.
Purchase made via Amazon.
(Previous past purchases made direct through the companies website).
This Order never arrived!
My Amazon account still shows order status as "Your package may be lost".
On Monday 7th July, (early morning)
I rung the company spoke to Sophie.
She seemed disinterested that my order had not been received.
However, on keeping on about it, she finally, most reluctantly agreed to send replacements out 1st Class that day.
Despite being unimpressed by her customer service skills, I was satisfied with this resolution.
Wednesday 9th July .(afternoon)
I rung the company again to query why the the promised replacements had not arrived.
This time, I spoke to a Isabelle, who I believe to be the Director of the Business, (according to Companies House).
Isabelle promised to look into the matter and promised to ring me back in 5 minutes.
Wednesday 9th July (late afternoon)
About 3 hours plus later I rung back, as Isabella had failed to ring me back.
I was told, Isabelle was busy on the other phone.
I gave my phone number again and was assured that Isabelle would ring me back after her call.
End of Business that day - Still, no return phonecall.
Thursday 10th July
I rung back, this time to complain.
Spoke to Gary.
Despite keeping my calm and being professional, I was at this point, most understandly Not Happy!
Its a shame that the same could not have been said for Gary!
Instead of customer care, and any form of understanding, I was met with a flipant, most cavalier attitude.
Without as much as a single apology, I was met with a tirade of excuses.
Then came the abuse.
Firstly Gary, made many excuses, and told me that the 2 women I had spoken to previously had both gone off sick.
So he could not check with them what had been discussed earlier.
I explained to him, how I had in the past always praised and recommended this company to family, friends etc.
I then explained how unhappy I now was due to the recent Non Deliveries & being promised callbacks -
Neither the callbacks or deliveries transpired.
This was inexcusable.
Gary explained he would look into the matter and call me back.
True to his word he did ring back.
He explained that Isabelle had issued a refund the day before, (yet would not credit into my account for a few days).
I reminded him how disappointing it was that I had not received:-
1) The Items I had paid for.
2) The Replacement Items that I was promised.
(clearly hadn't been posted out)
3) The Failed Callbacks that I had been promised.
On emphasising how disappointing and unprofessional this all was, I them told him I was tempted to write a negative review about the company.
Gary's flipant and rude response was -
"Yeh yeh...you go write your bad review...you go and tell the world how bad we are"
Unfortunately for Gary, he then forgot to press the END CALL BUTTON at the end of his rant and began swearing and shouting (either to himself or at a staff member).
I do not know what troubles this company or staff are currently having, behind the scenes.
Normally I would sympathise.
I believe that despite whatever problems they are having behind the scenes, they should be more professional when dealing with customers and most importantly should be more honest and professional.
Sadly, after this awful experience, I can no longer recommend this company to anyone.
I am Bitterly Disappointed!
I have now ordered alternatives Capsules from a different company called "Zipfit", my delivery is due today.
Excellent - and excellent value for money
I have no connection with Transforme other than buying their products. My first degree was in chemistry and I consider which supplements I take with some care.
I have been buying from Transforme for a long time: I believe for more than 10 years, as I think they are excellent value for money.
I am currently consuming their Premium Omega 3 Fish Oil (4 caps/day), Glucosamine, Cod Liver Oil (for Vit A), Garlic Oil, CoQ10, Vit D and their Vit E (as part of my total Vit E - I also take some tocotrienols).
In summary, where Transforme supply the supplement I want, I buy from them.
Openly Accused of Theft by Hostile Customer Service
I was initially drawn to Transforme Supplements because of their generally positive reputation, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. After returning a faulty product I purchased in August 24, I was shocked to receive a response from their customer service openly accusing me of theft. In their email they stated: "You do not seem to have fully understood my previous message. The bottle you have returned is not the bottle you ordered on our Transforme website and received from us on August 24. It is a bottle of Transforme Flaxseed that you ordered previously on Amazon (March 24), hence the label affixed on the side of the bottle BY Amazon. If there was a problem with the product you received in March 24, you should have contacted Amazon for a return, as it was bought from your Amazon Prime account and dispatched BY Amazon, not us. May I suggest that you look up your orders on Amazon." Let me be unequivocal: this accusation was completely unfounded and entirely unacceptable. I returned the exact product I received from Transforme Supplements, yet they have openly accused me of theft. I will not tolerate such baseless claims questioning my integrity. I do not understand why Transforme Supplements chose to approach this situation with such hostility. Despite their generally positive reviews, their handling of this issue has been shockingly disappointing and distressing. This has been the most distressing customer service interaction I have ever faced, leading to a complete breakdown in trust and forcing me to seek a refund through Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. While I recognise that others have had positive experiences, my encounter with Transforme Supplements has been profoundly frustrating and troubling. Based on this experience, I feel compelled to share my concerns and cannot recommend their services.

Premium Omega 3 Fish Oil is good
I note that this company’s Premium Omega 3 fish oil contains a higher dose of EPA and DHA than other similar brands. Assume this is accurate label information. The suggested dose of 2000mg (2 soft gels) is double of other similar brands. Given that the Premium Omega 3 already has a higher dose of EPA and DHA, I wonder why such a high dose is recommended. The product itself is a golden soft gel easy to swallow with water. Each container has 360 soft gels.

Great product
Great product for great price, High epa dha omega 3 . To someone who leaves bad review next time read the label correctly everything is there. God job transforme

i bought a product on amazon.co.uk
(Omega 3 Fish Oil 2000mg 365 Softgel Capsules - Pure Fish Oil - 660mg EPA & 440mg DHA per Serving - Made in The UK by NaturPlus)
naturally by reading the above title one would feel it was only fair to conclude that 1 capsule would contain 2000mg of omega 3 fish oil along with 660mg EPA & 440mg DHA
one might also view the fact 365 are supplied this might also conclude that this is a years supply of 1 a day.
ok if you thought like me and 50% of the other reviewers then you would all be wrong.
the fact is the capsule only contains just half of what is advertised of 1000mg of product and 330mg EPA & 220mg DHA which confused me greatly on delivery.
rightfully i felt betrayed by the seller and mislead by the ambiguity of the product description, this is a prime example of miss-selling, i feel it was a totally dishonest way of doing business to deliberately deceive by wrongly making out the product was better, healthier, more beneficial than its direct competition who mostly all correctly describe the product as 1000mg etc, the seller obviously did this to unfairly make sales and scam customers trust in this company.
so what has happened is this seller has decided to dishonestly directly mislead by NOT clearly up front explaining to gain the 2000mg and the 660mg EPA & 440mg DHA you would need to take MULTIPLE capsule to achieve this.
This misleading sales tactic is frankly disgusting and i have to wonder how many other confirmed buyers and loyal customers of this sellers product are today blissfully unaware taking 1 tablet thinking they are getting what was advertised when in-fact it is far far less than they expected.
people are buying these to improve health and it is important to trust the sellers are being honest and not using dirty tricks to mislead or deceive their loyal customers trust.
i obviously brought this matter to the attention of the seller who frankly totally fobbed me off with nonsensical rubbish and excuses and rather than dealing with my concerns, they were more interested why i needed to take omega 3 and trying to justify that even if i felt it was inaccurate it did not matter because even in a 1000mg tablet with half the quoted 330mg EPA & 220mg DHA their stuff was still better so i should just accept that and move on.
well i am sorry but what they did was totally wrong, if tesco sold and described a 1kg bag of flour online and then sent and delivered 1/2 a bag then they have cheated the customer, if the customer then calls to find out what happened and the told you to buy another bag then it will be ok then you are a victim of miss selling and fraud.
i was very upset and did not accept this sellers multiple excuses and blatant garbage and gave them multiple fair options,
have the item returned for a full refund, or
supply a second bag to make up for the missing 50%
or refund me 50% to cover the missing amount
they have basically ignored my requests and my formal return request via amazon
i also requested that they change the description of the product from
"Omega 3 Fish Oil 2000mg 365 Softgel Capsules - Pure Fish Oil - 660mg EPA & 440mg DHA per Serving - Made in The UK by NaturPlus"
to something such as a less misleading description such as
"365 X 1000mg CAPSULES each capsule containing an impressive 330mg EPA & 220mg DHA, we recommend 2 capsules per serving."
or
365 X 1000mg CAPSULES each capsule containing 330mg EPA & 220mg DHA,"
both are fully correct not in anyway misleading, however the seller did change the description to a slightly less confusing statement but still confusing and obviously still trying to make the product out to be something it is not that change was
"Omega 3 Fish Oil - 2000mg per Serving Pure Fish Oil Giving 660mg EPA & 440mg DHA per Serving- Pack of 365 Softgel Capsules – Made in The UK by NaturPlus"
clearly they know they are misleading customers that's why they made the new change to the description of the amazon item, however it is still incorrect and unfair title for a product and the change did not go far enough, which mean the ambiguous wording still remains and will no doubt continue to mislead many customers.
as i tried to explain as clearly as possible that the wording is not fair so it appears it was no mistake and they are deliberately use wordplay to gain sales in a unscrupulous deceitful way.
i will take action via the amazon a-z claim in hopes the seller will either accept a return and a refund or i feel i have enough evidence to prove my case with a visa chargeback and a visa strike on them,
Frankly Transforme has the worst customer care they are extremely rude and unprofessional, i tried to deal with them in a fair and logical manor with ideas on wording, i tried my hardest to explain my point of view and the issues i had with the item, all of which were ignored or rudely responded to,
PLEASE AVOID Transforme
