Terrible service

I ordered my machine and was told it would take 6 weeks to build and get it to me. 4 months later - and after a lot of prodding and questioning - they delivered it to me. Customer service was abysmal. With that kind of delay they should have been contacting me every week with updates and explaining themselves. Instead I was having to chase them to find out what the hell was going on; and they never phoned or contacted me back to explain what the problem was. When you're spending a grand on a computer, this kind of treatment doesn't imbue you with confidence.
