Obnoxious member of staff who tried to make me buy a size too small. I stood my ground as she came across as a total bully!

Rude arrogant staffThe stafff are so rude

The staff are so rude, as soon as they know you are English they are so nasty at first I thought it was just the torremolinos branch but the woman in Marbella refused to allow me to look at and purchase two items. I have a property in Spain. Pay taxes etc these people should realise not only do they need the custom but they also need tourism to survive. In the past I have bought many items from the Fuengirola shop where the staff are pleasant but never again.

NULO

By having it delivered to the store you may think that you can save time (on the majority of sites 1 day or 2). At Tramas it's just the opposite!! After 15 days my order is still not in store. Sending a message via the website. Laconic and impersonal message in response. I regret not consulting Trustpilot before purchasing. Cheers and American site A... and so much the worse for the Spanish sites....
In summary, avoid absolutely

Excellent Customer Service

I visited the store in La Zenia Boulevard today and the Lady that served me was the most helpful assistant I have ever come across. She was extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her. The items I bought were stunning and very well priced.

Drama instead of tramas

Zero service!
They did not have enough stock at the store so the employee ordered them online. We paid hundreds of euros for towels that 20 days later are still not delivered. We went several times back to the store to inform about the delivery date. But the did not respond. Only gave us a phone number of the transportation firm. That company tells us that they can not find our address, that they could not reach us. Nonsens! There is always somebody at our venue as we are in hotel business.
And finally the store informs that they do not have the products anymore...
Solve the problem instead of sending us newsletters with offers!
Or change your name in drama instead of tramas...
