Trajector Medical is a Veteran-owned, BBB-accredited company that helps veterans with disabilities document their conditions to show the service connection and real impact on their lives when they seek to qualify for VA disability benefits. Many veterans live with pain, fatigue, mobility limits, or other symptoms that affect them daily, yet medical records are often incomplete or difficult to piece together, failing to connect the military service, the conditions, and the current limitations on basic functions. Trajector Medical bridges these gaps. Licensed medical professionals review existing records, speak with veterans about their service and symptoms, assess how conditions are related to their military service, and identify how they affect routine activities. Veterans receive organized medical documentation including opinions, assessments, and medical and scientific research, supporting more complete records and confidence that their story is reflected when pursuing a VA rating.

I started my claim at the beginning of November 2025; it was completed and submitted by December 24, 2025. Within a months time I went from 10-90%.

High-pressure sales pitches to take advantage of people looking for earned benefits. You do not need this company to get you the benefits that you earned. I did the process on my own after the insulting high-pressure sales pitches.

Trajector has been professional, thorough and fast. Less than three weeks from first consultation to my VA decision letter.

I have had to do all the work for my claim. Its been over a year and a half since they took my intake call. Trijector calls or messages me every 6 weeks or so asking me if I heard anything. After a year of this I called an SVO to help. I signed a form giving them authorization to and within 30 days I got results. Only after I got an SVO involved did anything happen on my VA claim. Its still pending. Trijector still calls every 4 to 6 weeks and if they think they are getting credit for my claim, they are full of shit. Its very sad that the person that calls me is NOT American and they are NOT even located in our country. Our information is being accessed by foreigners in a 3rd world country. How can a company represent us veterans and have theor business operations out of another country. Disgraceful. Trijector cant deny it. It was their staff member that told me this information.

I started with a phone call explaining what I want to do, to increase my rating since I was at 20% knowing more wear and tear on my injuries over the past9 years since my initial rating. I was scheduled for a call with a nurse to discuss in details. It was a lengthy conversation and very detailed , the nurse case worker explained everything I can possibly claim based on my medical history. Within 2 weeks they had everything ready to file with just submitting my info online. All my appointments were made with various medical specialists. Within 7 weeks I already had my case decision to 90%. Very good professional service with prompt follow up

I had a terrific experience with Trajector. The staff were very kind and patient with me and made the whole process of getting my increase easier than me trying to do it on my own. I highly recommend them.

They promise the moon by throwing everything against the wall hoping something sticks. They twist your words and made me look foolish at my evaluation interview. Got approved to 10% ($200) a month and they want $845 for help that they are not supposed to be a part of. Constantly calling and now threatening me with legal action. You promised to help with my claims and when I asked for more help they said they don't go past this process. So, I cancelled with VA and refiled myself. Now they want anything from my appeals as well. Very predatory company that should be put of business by the VA and the Government.
I have heard they are under investigation as well.
I would NOT recommend Trajector! They are quick to take your money on slam dunk claims and will leave you high and dry. They only submitted increases for my previous ratings. I asked about numerous supplemental and secondary claims. They told me they would worry about those after the decisions for the increases came through. I got an increase and they quickly demanded their money. They are VERY pushy! After I paid them, I asked about the supplemental and secondary claims. They told me they already helped me and couldn't help me again. They had told me they would work on the other claims after the increases and then said they could no longer help me after they got paid. DO NOT waste your time using them. There are plenty of other companies that will stay in the fight with you until the end, unlike Trajector. I'm on my way to 100% with another company for less than $1,000 without having to pay the multiple pay system Trajector uses.
I found Trajector Medical online, and like most likely you, I was impressed with all the positive reviews on google. Unfortunately, many companies know to solicit positive reviews when they know they will not receive them organically. I do not believe that these google reviews are genuine.
My experience with Trajector Medical began with an initial phone consultation, and it left a poor impression. The staff came across as unprofessional and overly pushy, and I struggled to communicate with them due to what seemed like a language barrier. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re operating out of a foreign call center, possibly in the Philippines. The information they provided was written in broken English and riddled with errors about the injuries I sustained during my military service. In the end, I had to rewrite most of what they sent me, which was bare-bones to begin with. Frustrated, I requested to end their representation for my VA claim.
I strongly suggest checking other review sites, example being the Better Business Bureau, Yelp, and this site, where you’ll notice a clear pattern of dissatisfied customers. I don’t recommend using Trajector Medical. They’re not accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs, which means they legally can’t charge fees to prepare, file, or pursue your claim. Worse, it’s against the law for them to contact the VA and impersonate you to access your claim details.
You’re better off handling the paperwork yourself—something you’ll end up doing anyway if you work with them. It’s disappointing that a company like this exists, preying on veterans while offering minimal effort in return.
Trajector Medical Is a company that is supposed to investigate, process and file VA Disability claims for Veterans.
They give you a list of services that they will perform and also a price list for their services.
They provide the bare minimum with no actual investigation. They basically "copy" what you said onto forms, along with their mistakes, and then have you submit the forms without ever seeing them.
You sign that the forms are true but you don't see them until after submitting.
They stress how important the VA exam is and that they will prepare you for this exam. They ask that you contact them when you have an Appt scheduled so they can "get you ready".
They gave me a 2.5 minute call, never even discussing the issues filed, the day before I even had an appt. I called back to notify them and they said they had already "Prepped" me.
This company does nothing but fill out a few forms and then charge you. If they fill out enough claims, then they will get paid.
What happens to the Vet isn't their problem.
