i booked my course with you & within…
i booked my course with you & within hours you called to say you were no longer running it & i changed the date to the 14th of april,which you have still to send me the confirmation of 4 days later,so although you have come highly recommended from people i know who have used you so fave my experience has not been great

They cancelled my emergency first aid…
They cancelled my emergency first aid appointment and now I have to cancel my top door supervisor course with them aswell. The cancellation they let me know on a Friday late and the emergency first aid was Tuesday. Too short notice and bad customer service.

I recently completed a First Aid…
I recently completed a First Aid Training course with Training4Employment in Birmingham, and it was excellent! The training was very comprehensive, covering all essential aspects, including CPR and the use of an AED (automated external defibrillator). The practical sessions were well-organized and gave me hands-on experience. The instructor was knowledgeable, professional, and made the learning process engaging. Highly recommend this training to anyone looking to gain or refresh their first aid knowledge!
