Entirely incompetent supplier, will never use again

I was supplied with a faulty toilet which Trading Depot arranged to be replaced without any fuss. Jemma liaised with manufacturer concerned and sorted everything out very efficiently.

I contacted them regarding an item I bought and they couldn’t have been more helpful. A lovely lady, Jemma Porter, dealt with my query swiftly and was really helpful. Would definitely recommend using them.

Today, Lydia Hitchcock helped me to purchase an item, she provided exemplary customer service and it was greatly appreciated.

My package was damaged on arrival. I contacted them and the service was fantastic. Label sent straight away and replacement sent so quickly.

I decided to make some purchases from this company early Monday morning on the basis that their website showed the items to be 'In Stock' in an enticing green box and delivery expected in 1-2 days.
Fast forward 4 days and I still do not have either item. It turns out that 'In Stock' actually means just that the item is available at their own supplier. Somewhat misleading in my view.
I am now very much regretting not calling to check availability before ordering. I would have ordered the items elsewhere had I been made aware of the true delivery timescales.

Just what I wanted. Easy to order and prompt delivery.

Fast delivery and product wrapped well. Also a good price for the toilet seat as I paid a lot more previously on Amazon for the same product.

The wrong part was delivered, when I call to let them know, and that the part was desperately needed. There was no expediency in sending the correct part, which didn’t arrive on time to keep work flowing. No apologies no nothing. Will never use them again.

Paid for £7.95 delivery within 1 to 2 days on item listed in stock. Didn’t arrive so emailed then messaged- promised item had been processed and would be delivered in 1 to days. Didn’t arrive so rang to be told item was now in stock and would be delivered in 2 to 2 days. DPD received item and delivered next day.

Please don’t say item is in stock if it isn’t. Took over 2 weeks to arrive. Could have got item cheaper with no delivery cost elsewhere in 2 weeks.

ordered some bathroom goods (waste pipes etc) nearly 3 weeks ago and thy still havent arrived, despite chasing and chasing and chasing and being given the run around. Not impressed at all, our plumbers are being held up. It says on their website most items typically delivered within 2–4 working days from dispatch. The items were in stock and it said in stock 1-2 working days.

I had a fault with an item, raised the issue and it was resolved very quickly. Hermione valley was the customer sales advisor that was most helpful.

I chose Trading Depot for purchasing three Roca soft close toilet seats as they had them available for quick delivery at the best price I could find. The items arrived quickly and were well packaged but regrettably one of the items had a factory fault. I contacted after sales and Hermione Varley immediately took ownership of my issue. She contacted the supplier and quickly got authorisation to provide me with a replacement without me having the inconvenience of having to return the faulty item. The replacement arrived within 48 hours in perfect condition. Given this, I would rate the sales and after sales service from Trading Depot as excellent and the service provided by Hermione was exceptional. Thank you.
