Please do not work with these people!
We have been waiting for months, and when we finally got the windows replaced they promised warranty which we never received.
the fitter is not answering, they broke one of our glass and now we have been waiting for more than a month for him to “order it” and he is not even picking up his phone.Even if you go to the shop to ask for manager or for help they don’t care!
All the people working there are unreliable, you can not trust them and are scammers!
Do not let yourself teased by the low prices!! It is not worth it!!!

Superb trade windows supplier. Every window I’ve ever ordered has been spot on size. The guys in the office are always there when I need them and willing to sort out any issues that arise. The price is superb and the quality is fantastic. They are a trade supplier so your fitter must know exactly what he’s doing and not a give it a go handyman!!!

Used UK trade a number of times and quality is good all round even down to fixings etc. I'm a general carpenter and always my go to company.

Between the fitter and UK Trade, I have been playing ping pong with both of them for months. The quality of the windows and doors are questionable. UK Trade will not accept any responsibility for the quality unless the fitter reviews the work and the fitter is not responding at all. I really regret dealing with either of them.

Purchase over 5k worth of windows and French doors from the hair company. One of the French doors has developed a crack in the frame over a year after being installed. I contacted Amanda about the warranty which claims the following

Despite of this Amanda and UK tradewibdowsonlibe refuse to honour their warranty. Its worth spending the little bit extra and getting a proper product that works and is covered under a warranty that is actually honoured.

Fantastic!!! ordered large four Paine window with Georgian bars which has just been fitted and it looks great. No problems at all and I’m confident there won’t be. Thank you UK trade.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very rude staff except for delivery man. My builder ordered windows and doors from them with my instructions. I gave builder money to pay. They would not speak to me about products I bought or even about the delivery even though I had to wait to give them access for delivery. Would not even discus 10 year warranty with me. They told me I better make sure I stay friends with my builder for next 10 years as they would not speak to me about warranty if anything went wrong. (What if builder dies or goes out of business)
They don't seem to understand that I am their end customer, the consumer of their products, and that if I the consumer do not like their services or products, the builder won't be buying their stock.
Simple business sense.....🤷‍♂️
I will be making sure my builder or anyone I know does not use them. As they obviously don't appreciate or see me as their customer. Even though I picked the product for my build, provided the funds to pay and will be using their products.

If I could I’d give no stars. What can I say awful company to deal with. Purchased a composite front door from them only to find that our first heavy day of rain water leaked thru the glass in the door. So bad it pretty much flooded the porch inside. Sent them an email with pictures no reply. Emailed again, no reply. Finally spoke to someone on the phone who said the person dealing with my problem was not in that day and they would ring me tomorrow. Guess what? No phone call. Finally spoke to the person responsible only to be told that they are sending me a replacement door but I would have to pay someone to fit it again. They really didn’t seem to care that they’d sent me a product not fit for purpose and that I’d already paid a tradesman to fit it and now I’d have to pay him again to rectify their problem!!! I’ve emailed the owner of the business asking to discuss the matter. Guess what? I’ve heard nothing back for three weeks. Steer well clear of these people absolute rubbish!!!!

Cheap but it comes with problems appalling customer service. Was given three different delivery dates and with no sign of an apology when the windows didn't turn up and inferring it was my mistake even though I had it all on email.
When the patio doors eventually turned up the driver had to get help from one of my neighbours because he was on his own .

I have never used this company, however one of their staff decided to send a very threatening email in block capitals demanding payment. When I queried this, not even a hint of an apology or acknowledgement. Their work may be good, I cannot comment on that, but they are seriously disorganised.

Two stars, maybe 3.....this company is not really that competitive
i have found, also the colour scheme of their windows is poor, the "antracite" is really BLACK, the ordering is in such a way it is easy to get it wrong and find the openers is on the right and not on left as ordered, I found the person dealing with the order to be a very affable chap, but what good is that?, wrong window,wrong colour, and more cost than expected, no paperwork so what about the warranty even if it applies? all in all run on budget lines,but fast delivering, however in fairness to customers i will not be reordering.

Ordered windows and delivered within 8 days which is perfect. Would definitely recommend this company.

They have a 7 days turnaround promise which means nothing as its been 14 days and still waiting for them get an item. When you call the office, they don't really care about your timings. If you do order from these guys give at least 1 week buffer. They claim to have a 7-day turn around guarantee but they don't. And was told that it doesn't apply to all windows, however no terms on their website to state otherwise.

The director hung up on me because i was questioning when they will send me an invoice ( was told i'd get it last week now been told that person who does it is on holiday till next week). Seems like they don't want to issue and invoice and one can only imagine why. Company is a Joke.
