Îți mulțumim pentru feedback. Ne pare sincer rău că experiența ta cu livrarea nu a fost conform așteptărilor. Menționăm că, în cazul comenzii tale, am făcut toate demersurile pentru a urgenta expedierea și livrarea, însă, din păcate, data efectivă a livrării nu a mai putut fi ajustată în timp util, mai ales în contextul plecării tale din țară.
Deși ne asumăm responsabilitatea pentru informarea clientului în privința termenelor de expediere, din păcate nu putem controla punctualitatea sau programările realizate de firmele de curierat în anumite zone.
Ne-ar fi plăcut ca recenzia ta să reflecte experiența cu produsele și serviciile noastre – acolo unde depunem constant eforturi să oferim calitate și profesionalism – și nu exclusiv serviciul de curierat, care este un partener extern.
Rămânem deschiși să colaborăm din nou în viitor și sperăm să ai parte de o experiență completă și pozitivă data viitoare.

Nice But the zipper
it has quality, it is made with responsibility but: the zipper is the problem. another is needed. a good quality one. then also the zipper design. has a large opening. it is better to have at least something on the inside that is up to hold. if the zipper breaks, it's like breaking the bag in two.
