I didn't feel as brokers that they did …
I didn't feel as brokers that they did anything to find me a better policy. I felt they were happy for me to just pay my renewal. I may well now be with the best insurer but the impression given was that they had done nothing . When I requested they look around they asked me for all the relevant recent medical information they needed.
