I saw the product I purchased on Facebook but went to the official website to purchase. Delivery was fast and the item was well packaged.
I haven’t used the product yet as I only received it today but I am impressed with the size of the tube.

Started with Physio plus and a problem of ordering. Simon intervened and resolved immediately. I have an ongoing long standing back muscle problem looking for some relief. Over a period of months I have communicated with Simon looking for advice and also good pricing. The responses have been pretty much instant including surprising hours. Medication does NOT resolve these conditions but play a vital role in providing relief. I am currently pursuing CBD patches to accompany the GP led programme of Physio and a possible alternative of Acupuncture. Tower Health and Simon are well matched and certainly worth a try. They work hard for you and willing to help by way a trial sample.

I purchased the ArthroGel after reading so positive reviews I'm glad I did. I have been using it on my knee for a few days now and it has made a vast difference, so I have now ordered the 3 package as my husband is using it as well. Ordering and delivery was good

I’m sorry to say that the gel hasn’t helped at all, the pain is still there and I’ve tried just about everything to help, from copper bracelets to gloves with bamboo, so I wouldn’t be concerned!!!!!

I have arthritic knees and find ArthroGel a massive benefit. The bonus for me was that I also suffer with Restless Legs Syndrome and was really surprised that since applying the gel it has also helped with this. So now I also apply more of it to my ankles and feet and massage my calves.

It helps for a bit. Be careful with it as it can cause bruises. I used on a knee but veins had started bursting under the skin and are painful.

Very pleased. It dies take the edge off the pain but only for a couple of hours. I am then back to pain. Tried numerous things but out of them all this is the best.

Unfortunately, I had a problem with the Paingone+ pen I bought 7 months ago- it fell apart and I wasn’t able to use it. Within 12 hours of contacting Tower Health, they had posted me a replacement with some free sachets of another product. Excellent customer service!

Received within the two days , as promised . Beautifully packed . Can't give a review on the product yet , but have plugged it in hopefully .

I placed on order on a late sunday evening and paid extra for the next day delivery option.
I was expecting my parcel to be delivered on tuesday (with processing/dispatch on the monday). My order will not be arriving till wednesday. I feel a little cheated that i paid extra for next day delivery which is false!
Dont make the same mistake and pay the extra for delivery!

Finally received my purchase the product is of good quality and reasonably priced, well packaged, will order from Tower Health as I have dealt with them before and am pleased with their excellent service
