I paid extra to have a next day delivery but it did not arrive until the following day.

Our daily cut off time for "same day dispatch" is 13:00 weekdays and this is clearly stated on our web site. Your order was placed and paid after this cut off time. Subsequently, it was processed and dispatched the next day with the fastest possible service for delivery to you the following day.

I needed a towel radiator for my sons home, after searching the online offerings we settled on one from Adige. It was an ideal size, nice anthracite colour, good price and delivered quickly.
