My tour was with Ali K.
We were picked up in old town Antalya and drove to Kas. Alike was a great guide!! Very informative, friendly, and good sense of humor. We had a large party of 8 and Ali pick us up in a large van with plenty of room. On our way to Kas we made a stop fur lunch in Finike, at a restaurant overlooking the sea. We then stopped in Myra to see the Lycian ruins and St. Nicholas church. Ali made stops along the way with great picture taking opportunities.
Fyi. Ali worked with us on our personal customized tour!! Awesome!

Don’t do Pompei without a guide.
I absolutely recommend using tours by locals and using Lena as your guide. Lena was fantastic. She was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, approachable and adaptable. We had some challenges on our tour due to a hail storm, my mother’s wheelchair and my planning, and Lena adapted seamlessly to give us the most brilliant experience. Mum has not stopped talking about it since.
Pompei is enormous and you 100% should use a guide to get the most out of it. Lena is your person. We can’t recommend her highly enough and would use her again in a heart beat if we ever have the opportunity to return to Pompei.

Molly and Coco went above and beyond
Molly and Coco went above and beyond. We booked them for a tour of the Forbidden City for our family of four, including an 8 year old and 12 year old. They tailored the experience for us and we had a blast. Very quick and responsive and chill. Had we known just how good they were we would’ve splurged and booked them for additional tours of Beijing.

We had such a great day with Marcus! I’m so glad we booked this tour. Marcus was very knowledgeable and fun to be with. This was our first time in London, and we can’t wait to come back!
Right from the start Marcus reached out before our trip to coordinate with us. He asked if there was anything specific we wanted to accomplish with him. I told him it was our first time in London and we were open to his suggestions. Also told him what other tours we had planned. He suggested we start with the abbey and told me where to get tickets and for what time. We were prepared before we left for our trip.
On the day of our tour Marcus picked us up from our hotel right on time. We had a fantastic day! He was so much fun! He helped us coordinate lunch. We saw everything we hoped to see and more.
I would recommend Marcus and this tour to anyone and everyone! Great experience!

Husband liked the tour, who would have thought?
We’ve always had good luck with guides from Tours by Locals, and Francisco was one of the best. We spent a day discovering Sintra and Lisbon’s environs and really learned about how these places fit into history and function as part of today’s economy and geography. Francisco was knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. Everyone in the group agreed, it was one of the best days of the trip.

Aristotle was an absolute delight. From the Acropolis to the Ancient Agora, he wove history into stories. He even knew all the secret photo angles so it looked like our group of nine had these iconic sites entirely to ourselves. Our ages ranged from 11 to 84, and somehow he kept every single one of us engaged and smiling. The highlight of the day was the Changing of the Guards. Because Aristotle is a former guardsman himself, he didn’t just explain the ceremony — he brought it to life with insider details and personal experience that made the moment unforgettable. Priceless information
Our tour guide, Suzi shared so much context and background information as well as much symbolism i would have missed on my own. And i read a lot before i came. Her expertise at each site and explanation on our walks really made the architecture come alive. If you aren't a frequent visitor, theres no other way to do it in my opinion!

Outstanding Guides Who Made Istanbul Come Alive
Our trip to Istanbul was truly outstanding, and a huge part of that was thanks to our wonderful tour guides, Hakan and J. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the city’s history, culture, and hidden gems, making every day both fascinating and enjoyable.
What really set them apart was their flexibility and willingness to adjust the itinerary based on our interests and needs. They made us feel like we were experiencing Istanbul in a personalized way rather than simply following a tour schedule.
They also provided outstanding recommendations for restaurants, local sites to explore, and the best places to purchase spices and other authentic items. Their insider knowledge helped us discover experiences we would never have found on our own.

Felt like it was a tour with a local friend
Lemec Joseph gave us a wonderful tour of Nassau. He's extremely knowledgeable of the Bahamas' history and culture. We've been to the Bahamas a number of times, but we learned so much more from him. He's not another by rote, superficial tour. Although we had never met, we felt like it was a tour with a local friend. I highly recommend him!
