Great service. ..very prompt....prudent good...just wot I wanted

good firm prompt dispatch however uk mail made no attempt to deliver to neighbor even though sign on door ( they take parcels in for me while I am out mornings and I take them for them afternoon when I get home from work on this occasion had had to go to depot to collect 10 mile round trip so might be worth noting about the delivery if you use this firm .

This was dispatched quickly and is just the job for keeping the chill off my fuchsias which are overwintering in a 'tent' of garden fleece and bubblewrap in a polytunnel. Usually the fleece etc is enough to protect them, but on very cold nights the heating tube does a good job without breaking the bank.

Disappointed to be advised that the supplier was unable to complete my order as the led bulbs I ordered where no longer in stock.

The service was very good and the prices were excellent. They are now fitted and working perfectly.

My old oil filled radiator failed and I needed a new one quickly. A google search identified Total Warehouse.

Ordered and it arrived within 48hrs.

I would say though, that next day delivery seems to be next day following dispatch. But that is just being picky

I paid extra for next day delivery as had electricians working that day. After 2 days I contacted the vendor to be told actually they were out of stock (definitely didn't say this on the website at time of purchase) and would be delivered after the weekend. Was offered a refund on the extra cost of next day delivery, although it hasn't appeared in my account yet. Delivery driver took little notice of the address and tried to deliver to the upstairs flats, so had to wait yet another day. Product seems fine but has been a very annoying 6 day delay!

Regards the Winterheat Tubular greenhouse/outbuilding heater (product No. IP 55) and this company's reaction to a complaint about it (which they sold to me under the name of 'ELCO LIGHTING') - the thing burned itself out after less than 12 hours of use.

When the item arrived I plugged it in to test it. It burned off a hell of a lot of smoke and got very hot, far too hot to touch. Alarmed, I switched it off and got in touch with the company who said this was normal, that the smoke would disappear and it would adjust itself. Fair enough, what do I know.

It did indeed burn off all the smoke but didn't get any cooler, being always too hot to touch but I trusted their claims and so used it for a few hours in an empty extension room to take the chill off before decorating, then eventually wrapped and packaged it up again with the intention of using it in a greenhouse we were building.

Several months later and the greenhouse is finally finished and the heater was put in place, plugged in, got very hot then went cold and packed up altogether, all within half an hour.

Being out of guarantee I thought I'd let the company know about their dodgy product, but I made it quite clear I wasn't expecting a refund as it was out of time, and I expected at the very least surprise from the company that the thing had stopped working after so little use.

Instead the response I got back was ridiculous and bordering on the outright dishonest. In spite of the company's claims on the product description that it has LOW wattage, GENTLE heat and can even withstand getting wet in a greenhouse environment (I certainly wouldn't recommend THAT!) a nameless 'Sales' representative told me that because it's 180w it WOULD GET HOT and should NOT be left unattended! Which begs the question, why are they claiming it's safe to use in locations that traditionally are not occupied all the time? Somehow I can't see myself babysitting a greenhouse heater in any location just so I can have it switched on !

So don't believe everything you read on this company's product descriptions. I've contacted Trading Standards purely because this product alone is a health hazard, to put it mildly and the company's cavalier attitude to a potential death trap is totally unacceptable.

The product delivered was damaged by the carrier. On examining it decided we did not want it replacing. On speaking to Becky and explained the situation she advised us to photograph the damage and emailed them. Money was immediately refunded into our account. Whole process was hassle free. Must be one of the best on line retailers.

I ordered 2 outside up lighters and 4 bulbs total price £40.45 on the 3.11.14. 7 days later and the order had not been dispatched, let alone delivered
I tried to contact the company by telephone but found this impossible, all lines were continually engaged even from 0830 hrs ( bang on time) when they opened ! I left messages for them to ring me back as they offered, nobody rang and most of their message boxes were full.
Having eventually been waiting on the phone for 57 minutes !, somebody answered and could not explain why my goods were still sat in the warehouse, she went down stairs and confirmed she had them in her hand. To make matters worse, the lights were not as advertised only 35 Watt, She said it was a mistakenly advertised on their website and she would get it changed. I only used Total Warehouse because the I thought the lights were 50 Watt.
She apologised and refunded my postage and they arrived the following day. A total disaster all round and I have not had them fitted yet, so more problems could still remain. I would not recommend to anybody.

I have always had good service from Total Warehouse,
always fast delivery, everything at a great price, and never been disappointed.
Even when things were out of stock, I was kept informed of progress.
Also delivery, emails at every stage informing me of progress and delivery times, they have always been spot on.
I will be back for more.
