Just so unhelpful.
I wasn’t able to use my gift card due to 3 operations within the space of a year, and they only gave me a year to use the gift card - how on earth do you do that in my situation? Shopping isn’t always the priority, and now they’re conning me out of my money, by not replacing it.
Wouldnt even give 1 star if i could. Bought voucher from argos to redeem look fantastic vouchers as a gift. Upon redemption, it appeared look fantastic vouchers were not available to purchase despite look fantastic being the first retailer advertised on their page. I contacted customer services and was told look fantastic had been retracted and i wasnt eligible for a refund of the vouchers bought from Argos neither at the argos store or through totally vouchers themselves which is ridiculous. I claimed false advertising and asked for someone to ring so we could discuss over the phone. No call was received and after numerous emails with no reply i was told the lady i had been dealing with no longer worked for the company and they reported they had tried to telephone number provided but had no answer… there has been no phonecall made, i also gave an alternative number to which again no call has been made to and emails are no longer being replied too. I decided to try and retrieve vouchers for a different retailer so that the totally gift card balance didnt go to waste and when added to basket i had a message that said ‘the item in your basket is unable to be retrieved’. The item in the basket is an e-voucher for a well known retailer that again is still advertised on the website however clearly this voucher is also not available. I have called to complain and awaiting a reply but dont hold hope. DO NOT BUY VOUCHERS FROM THIS COMPANY
