I’ve been a customer for around 2 years and I have nothing but positive comments about this company (customer service and products).

When the single-use vapes I used to buy were banned, they were VERY helpful in advising me what to try.
Whenever you contact them, they’re always pleasant and doing their best to please you.
Only once have they run out of my vapes (SKE bar pre-filled pod multipack tobacco) but were quick in replenishing their stock.
I placed my latest order last Monday morning and received it the next day! What more do you want? 😀

I absolutely recommend them to other vapers.

Absolutely can not fault the customer service, placed an order for some vape juice, within the hour I recieved a phone call from Kieran saying the vape juice i ordered was discontinued and shouldn't have been on the website so he offered to send me a mix and match of the same flavor and even threw in a freebie. 5* business and we'll definitely be back with another juice order and the pods for my vape.
