I purchased an item from this company, and it was delivered to the wrong address. I provided proof of this too. The company refused to send another item or make a refund. They told me that I should chase the post. Consumer Rights say something different!!

From on-line ordering through to confirmation of dispatch and very quick delivery I cannot fault Total Bleed Solutions. Free postage was a bonus as a lot of companies seem to think that I live in the Highlands (I don't!) and add on ridiculous courier charges. Additionally the bike carrier was practically £200 cheaper than on the Thule website. I'll be getting my bike brake stuff from these great folks too!

Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Queried regarding a brakeset on their website, wanted to know what adaptors i’d need for my specific set up (frame, fork & disc size) as didn’t want daft spacers etc and Ben came back to me same day and I was able to order the exact parts i needed… all delivered within a couple days! 5⭐️

Was looking to make a purchase via the website but wanted some advice before committing, asked a question via the web chat service and ben instantly responded and gave me a number to contact him on, I called him up and was amazed with how knowledgeable and helpful he was with my query, I've now made a purchase knowing that everything is compatible and I'll have everything I need when they arrive.

i ordered magura MT7 pro front and rear set brand new from these guys usually i have no issue with this company i buy oil but i got the brakes i paid over the odds for the brakes £300 plus postage in under 24 hours they have opened my brand new brake box took out the rear brake grabbed another box with another rear in bare in mind i ordered a full set front and rear they send me 2 rears in one box they opened the box and put the other rear in to save on postage costs that i have f paid for .......yes magura mt7 pro are revisable but so what i ordered a front and rear full set now i have to chop the hose n re bleed the front to use it and like i say it was bundled in one box with bubble wrap and one of my brakes is scratched there is a reason they come in their own f boxes so stay well clearof this company unless your buying oil only they cannot be trusted with anything else these brakes were a gift and they came n now look like i got second hand ones peeeevd off massively !!!! if i can upload photos ill happily show you how my package came opened ....£300 and paid for 24 hour postage n they think this is acceptable ITS NOT

I don't care what you guys want to say try email me and tell me to apologise ? you opening my items and sending me second hand gear .... gtfo disgusting company stay well cleer the second you opened my box and kept my other one re sealing it yourself you made it second hand and you put the rotar tool in the box also was not designed for that its scratched one brake and you not only won't take accountability your trying to blame me ....honestly f you .... reported to trading standards

I have just bled my MTB brakes for the first time using a kit from Total Bleed Solutions. I was a bit nervous but the instructions were really clear and everything was in the kit, even the Torx bit. I could see that they had actually used this kit and honed the instructions. I now feel like an expert!

So glad I found Total Bleed Solutions, bought the comprehensive brake bleed kit and was amazed at how quickly it came. Good stock levels and good prices, will definitely use again. I will recommend to anyone I know.

Ordered a brake bleed kit for some Magura MT5s that came with a bike I bought. The brakes needed a bleed which I was nervous about doing myself initially. However, the brake bleed kit was perfect, affordable and had everything I needed. The instructions were clear and the bleed worked first time. Only gripe was the gloves supplied were a bit small for my hands, but so are most gloves so this is not TBS' fault!
