Tried to do an order o line from the website but it would have been delivered too late. I decided to contact Total Fishing Tackle on WhatsApp and Andy replied very quick. Delivery is atrocious
Delivery is atrocious, two dispatches for one order. Ordered next day arrived 3 days late, courier claimed attempted delivery, no attempts made we all have video doorbells, no recompense nothing just pointless emails with tracking number. Was advised due to cost of items wouldn’t leave on door step hahaha, it was a bucket and some hooks, successful delivery was left on doorstep, I was just fobbed off completely. Received google review tried to leave appears I’m blocked, 3 separate people dealt with my emails on this and not one acknowledged delivery is late. Will not be using or recommending to anyone. Very poor experience.

Excellent customer service

Awful company
Awful company, paid for next day delivery on an item and still not received it. The tracking has gone dormant, sent emails to company and no reply. Just been completely ignored will never ever use this company again and will be telling all my local anglers to avoid this company, you should also, seems I'm not the only one having this issue.

Absolutely rubbish company

You're still claiming it was lost in transit but at no point was it actually collected by the courier - the tracking showed a label was generated but never collected/scanned. You only offered a refund on day 11 after it was suddenly 'out of stock' a day after giving me the option of a replacement or credit note but no refund. Rather than make up excuses and try and shift the blame onto the courier why not accept responsibility for your own mistakes?
Absolutely rubbish company, ordered a Father’s Day present on the Monday, with delivery by Thursday. I got a notification that it had been dispatched on Tuesday, but it hadn’t. All they’d done is generate a label.
I had to repeatedly chase it for 11 days with them always claiming that the delay was with the courier (despite it never actually being collected). After 10 days they confirmed it was ‘lost’ and would resend it (no option of a refund given) until on day 11 they fessed up that it was out of stock and FINALLY stated they’d refund me.
Rubbish company that were entirely to blame for my Dads Father’s Day present not arriving.

As soon as the courier confirmed the parcel was lost, we contacted you to offer the available options of either a replacement or a credit note. You chose to receive a full refund instead, which we processed immediately.
We completely understand your frustration that your Father's Day gift didn't arrive as planned. Although the parcel being lost was outside of our control, we recognise that the experience was disappointing, and for that we sincerely apologise.
Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity to provide the level of service we're known for.
