Total energie Incasso threats and legal consequences

Business customer: Veerlavan
KvK nummer: 71313109
The business is closed as of March 2020.

I have sent several emails asking the payment emails from Total-energie are incorrect as I have moved out of the Netherlands as of March 2020. Total-energie still has sent and is sending emails even till date to an address where I do not live/exist, the neighbors are angered about all of this.
I also mentioned, that I do not live anymore and the contract has to be terminated with no payments further, but i have never received any response from Total-energie till date.
Now total-energie has authorized to a Incasso agency(Aertery) and imposing legal consequences on me. I have no clue to this.
Please close the connection and all invoices without any further delay.
