I have placed an order for an item they had in stock and it stated on the website at the time that it will ship 2 days after receiving the payment. however i received it almost one month after. They will not answer the phone and if they do then you will be answered by the Owner or his son most likely. Very rude, sarcastic unprofessional individuals. If it was your first time dealing with them then their behavior will make you wonder if you will ever get to see your order. That saying they will ship it to you whenever they want to do it. If you live in Toronto then walk into their store and purchase in person but with all means avoid online purchases especially never on Pre orders because they are always on Pre orders and they will refuse to refund even after 10-12 weeks of waiting but force you to buy something for equal value. These are my true personal experience with them. I gave them 2 stars because their packaging was done thoughtfully. I do not write reviews normally but i had to do it to warn others.

Extremely rude and belligerent staff. They misrepresent their products and their abilities to provide product as promised and on time. When they are stood up to they become hostile and childish. I would never recommend doing business with them.

They do not answer the phone or answer emails unless you express interest in giving them your money.

I see that I'm not the only one with this experience. That's the only thing stopping me from driving over to their office and going "trax" on them.

And I hope the owner sees this and understands when people give their life savings to buy metals and they get ignored it makes the buyer extremely nervous - with our savings on the line people are going to get very angry, and understandably so.

Unrelyable dealer, unprofessional and very cavalier when dealing with customers spending money...my interactions with them make me wonder if they even have the product they are advertising on there webpage..extremely unprofessional...be very skeptical when dealing with this dealer..I purchased some gold from them online on DEC 28th /2025...I do realize they are probably busy with the bull rush right now..but that does not exceuse them for not supplying accurate, up to date information to there customers when requested, and also for being so rude to the point where i have a agent telling me it sound like i had a rough night drinking...how the hell is that professiuona..lol..I dont even drink,,,gsss,,even if i did, what the hell is this agent talking about..I was upset with not even knowing when my order is going to be shipped or if it is in stock...when i asked to simple refund or i will sell back to you what I havent received yet?..freakin bizzare..it became an arguing match..im still waiting to see how this goes...but be aware these guys lack professionalism 100%..YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Placed the order with no problems. The item was on back order. Contacted the staff at a later date, but they had no estimate of when the item would arrive. It was suggested that a similar item of comparable price that was in stock be substituted, which was agreed to by everyone. The item arrived the next day without issues. Very impressed with the courtesy, the flexibility and the speed of delivery. Highly recommend their services.

The first time at this place you won't know where to pick up the product you ordered unless you call ahead and talk to them first. They are not that quick at responding to emails, but you will get the answer in the same business day. I got a response a few hours later but because my email doesn't have notifications I didn't see the email until I already went to the location in the afternoon. The first time I was uncomfortable, but the second visit was better. They are friendly and will try to please you to make up for any previous bad experience if you let them know. Unfortunately, I went on a rainy day when the public transit decided to close the entrance that was closest to their location and also not familiar of the transit path. The staff tried to help me but it turned out that entrance was closed and I had to back the route that I came in.

I ordered a 50 gram gold bar. They did not have it in stock, and since it was taking a long time to come into their supplier, I decided to substitute other items for it.

After I did this, the order was shipped very quickly, and I got it within a week.

I highly recommend them especially for small gold bars, one ounce or less. They are a very trustworthy supplier of precious metals. I got exactly what I ordered and paid for, solid gold, nothing fake, and they even refunded the difference to me via e-transfer within a couple of days.

Their (sale) prices also can't be beaten anywhere. They are very close to spot gold prices.

I am a Bullion Hobby Stacker. I have been dealing with Toronto Gold Bullion since they first got their business licence in 2016 and were operating the store out of a Yonge Street business tower. I have referred their products and services to other stackers. My last order was in December 2021. I now deal with a bullion dealer out of Kitchener Ontario and one in Alberta. I had only one bad experience with Toronto Gold Bullion but decided it would be my last. This decision was based after reviewing other online reviews with Trust Pilot, Google Reviews and Facebook Reviews. I noted my last experience was shared by others and I understood their frustration in waiting for the orders (paid in full) to arrive from TGB. In my case 25 pure silver coins advertised in stock and guaranteed Fast Ship were not shipped until 8 weeks later. Telephone calls were not returned, Facebook messaging went unanswered, email messages went unanswered and a response was made long after the fact and after a review was posted online. There appears to be a common practice where the owner on seeing the Google Review will respond to the Review in a style that is both apologetic and conciliatory in nature. That is why I rate a three rather than a one. The communication skills are there but should be applied when the Order criteria is not being met. Failure in dealing with unexpected delays or simple systematic delays outside what is contracted with the customer, customer emails and customer calls not returned in a timely manner or not at all can not always be repaired later with apologies and a store discount. Ordered gold over a month ago called they don’t give you any updates and are rude on the phone.
Not only are they rude but treat you like your a child and taunt you on the phone.

Bought a 2 oz werewolf coin back on Dec 3rd, 2021, for my grandkids, supposed to be a 2-day fast ship plus 10 days first time customer, so 12 days total (Dec 15th ) called back just before Dec 20th to enquire about the order and was told I ordered too late for Christmas delivery, yet there were no cut-off dates on the website explaining this. The employee explained they were not shipping till new yr and my coin should go out approx Jan 4th, 2022, it didn't. Called up just after the big t.o snowstorm ( around Jan 19th ) told the coin was still not shipped but should ship in a day or two, called back on Feb 7th to explain I had still not received the order and now nobody picking up phones and/or answering email which I have sent to them twice. Dealt with many coin/bullion shops and have never had this lack of service shown, and so right now all I want is a full refund for the $90.37 that I paid by e-transfer, not sure why this company has such poor customer service in dealing with customers who have not received an order they have paid for, I guess they cannot be trusted.

EDIT: Edit from above complaint... TGB was very quick to respond to my concerns and phoned me to apologize for the repeated delays, they not only promised the coin would be shipped immediately ( and it arrived on the 18th ) but that they would make it up to me which they certainly did. Any store can have a situation that goes bad but how they end up resolving it is what matters, I'd like to say that how this was resolved gives me faith that I can count on ordering from them in the future, Thanks TGB for going above and beyond in order to make this right.

Bought 5k worth of Gold and Silver , when i arrived home and checked the prices compared to what i was charged - I was overcharged per 1 oz of Gold by 300.00 and 100.00 more then every other dealer per 10 oz silver bar !! NEVER BUY FROM THIS CROOK !!! When the price goes up , you will be waiting a long time to actually gain on your investment !!

Very unprofessional and rude . I ordered several products more than 6 Months ago, some of them were shipped and delivered while the remaining ones have not yet shipped till today. I tried contacting them about my delayed orders through email and phone and it seems that they willingly ignored me.As soon as I threatened them with legal and police action they started taking my calls, I have been asking for a refund and they are simply not interested in giving back my money stating that i am not entitled to a refund and that i have to wait till the items arrive, and to top it off they started resorting to THUG tactics by raising their voice and intimidating me over the phone.
That kind of hit the limit of my patience and i filed complaints with the "Ministry of Government and
Consumer Services" and BBB.org and i'll be filling a law suit against them to get my money back.

I am surprised I didn't get ripped off on the ones i received by counterfeits . I verified them through professional bullion assayers as soon i got them.

BBB.org has recently raised a SCAM alert for this business, check out BBB.org website, trustpilot doesn't not allow using hyperlinks inside a review.

Please stay away from this establishment and go else where, they kind of lure consumers in with their unbelievably low prices and offers which i think are ploys to get your money and i also think they gamble with your money while you are waiting for your order to arrive which they delay it on purpose.
