Actually giving this one star rating is one too many. I’ve never written a review about a company but feel compelled to do so in this instance. I would NEVER EVER buy from this company again. I did receive my item but 100% nothing like the picture and very very poor quality for the £30 I paid. It comes with NO means of returning and I am now on my 4th email to retrieve instructions on how to do so and receive a refund. If I had looked at these reviews beforehand I most certainly would never have made a purchase. I will be encouraging family and friends never to use this site and urge EVERYBODY reading the reviews to do so too. I’m all for some people are never happy with a service but just look at the reviews they speak for themselves. Customer service is a disgrace

Do not order anything from this company!!! If I could give “0” rating for them I would. I ordered 2 coats 2 months ago, they charged me for them few days after ordering, gave me ETA 4-7 days, then sent follow-up e-mail with 3-4 weeks shipping time and now - 2 months later they stopped responding to e-mails and their 800-400-0388 number does not work. “They are closed” message says and if you want to leave message - you should give last name of the person ..I don’t have my coats - they have my $70. They suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a shirt and after 4 months of trying to contact this company through a website that continues to change their contact information, i finally contacted AMEX and they knew immediately of the company and their many alias names. Do not order from this company for any reason!!!

I purchased 2 pair of pants online with this company they took my money and i still haven't received my pants.I have sent them several emails asking for a refund and i still haven't received a response back. I was looking online at another site and they had the same pants for half the price. I think this is not a legitimate site. I even found a customer service number but it keeps saying the office is closed doesn't matter what time of the day you call. Do not use this site to purchase anything you will be very disappointed.

Less than 1 star if I could. Do not purchase from this company. They will charge expensive expedited shipping fees then completely ignore the shipping date and send the item too late to give as a gift. Stay away and find the same tee on Amazon. Very poor communication and costumer service.

Listen to other reviews and stay far away from this company.... ordered a shirt that was lost in the mail once, they did finally resend another one and I wish they hadn't even bothered! The shirt is terrible!!!!!!!! It looks nothing like the picture wrong color and completely faded graphic. Horrible!!! I would not have paid $2 for this shirt let alone $30. Do not waste your money.

I ordered a jacket $39.99 plus shipping - in Navy blue color. The package arrived yesterday - with a brown jacket in an XXL that still would only fit a child. I'm fighting this through my credit card company as it seems no one has gotten anything out of the company. This was going to be a Christmas gift to my disabled daughter in a wheelchair - the picture was great - the product I got is a piece of junk - it looks like a dead animal on me. My husband said it looks like a RAG. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE - A TOTAL RIPOFF - YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY OR SATISFACTION FROM THEM.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I have tried numerous times to reach them about returning my whole $250.00 order as the sizes and quality of their products is a joke. Totally bad business and unacceptable quality and customer service!

Please do not buy from this company. The so called sweatshirt that I recieved from this company is awful. The white transfer has rubbed off all over the top and the material is terrible. emailed several times, finally get a response and they are asking for pictures which I supplied, they then offered me 20% refund as they said it would cost too much to return. They really don't want to give you your money back. Terrible products!! This company needs stopping!!!!

I ordered a hoody for my nephew that never showed up. I tried several times to contact someone with no luck. Now I am out $57!! Run!!! Dont buy from them or any of their sister companies all over face book

It's been 7 weeks. I tried this place as they used a NY address. Nope...they are in China. I canceled my order after 3 weeks when I the item hadn't been shipped but they wrote back saying the item was in transit. I asked for my money back but they replied item was in transit. I checked tracking and it had yet to be shipped 5 weeks later. I'm still waiting...complaining means nothing. Kiss your money good-bye....

No service. No communication. Drop ships in a month from China. Size was ridiculously small. Poor quality. Website lists email which returns as "undeliverable" and a phone number with message to "call back during business hours" which is when I called. Had to fight them in Paypal to get refund. Lost $16 return shipping to Mississauga Canada. Horrible business. Shop anywhere else!

Like others here... I ordered a jacket that was waaaayyy to small. Customer Service not helpful. Return process is burdensome and you can only exchange. I'm just going to eat it since the product is cheap and just not worth it.

This company and its several “sister “ companies are total SCUM errr SCAM. They are all over Facebook with their “deals”. Most of which are on Amazon for 1/3 if the price. After I placed the order I immediately tried to cancel. Three days later they will not reply. I began to call them out on their Facebook page and various comment threads. Of course they deleted my comments and blocked me.

ordered a shirt and it is not the right size or even the same shirt as shown in the picture! and the return process is a joke even though it says it a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
