Guys, we need to reunion to sue this robbery Topshop!!! They just violated the customer rights by not offering extention return/exchange period over the lockdown like other retail brands do. Customer service doesn't care about your emails either. Don't know what their jobs are.

Its outrageous that I have to double what I was spending just to use my gift card in the first place. Now I'm not even getting a refund on my monies that I had to spend on top of my gift card.

I ordered two pairs of shoes which I want to return as they are not right. On trying to return the shoes, I discovered that my email address was accidentally spelt incorrectly and so I could not create a return note. I contacted topshop (NOT AN EASY THING TO DO NOW THEIR PHONE LINES ARE DEAD) and was informed that if I provided my details I would be sent a return note. I provided the details only to receive another email back saying they couldn’t help me anymore and that I needed to contact ASOS as it is now their issue. Obviously, ASOS have said it is nothing to do with them and now topshop are ignoring my emails. I have two pairs of shoes I am ENTITLED TO RETURN and they are holding onto my money. DESPICABLE SERVICE.
Total scam
This is just a joke - never expected such attitude from this company. My order came all up to France never left clearance and a 1,5 month later was sent back. Customer support never came back to any of my emails. Now I’m awaiting for the money refund - will see how fast this goes. Don’t order anything from this company. Total scam.

Jeans label was the wrong size
I bought a pair of mom jeans in a size 8 with a length of 30/76m but when I got them they said on the tag they where 76cm but when I measured them they were 63cm. Be careful of length sizes and always go up a length.
Good quality, bad delivery info
I've heard only good things about Topshop and ordered two bags and received two emails confirming my order and telling that my order is on its way. When a week later I wanted to check the delivery progress, I realized there was no tracking number and no any other way to see my order's status. I panicked, started reading reviews at Trustpilot (mostly negative) and thought Topshop was a scam. With such low rating as Topshop's (1.6), I already said bye-bye to my money but I got the package last Thursday (2 weeks since the order). My overall experience with Topshop is good, the only thing they needed (not anymore since ASOS bought them) is a tracking service and clear website navigation with honest information that would calm the worried customer.
Items not delivered and kept my money!!!
I placed a Collect from Store order with Topshop two months ago and I have not received it, stores are closed but they have kept my money - it was a £200+ order! I have tried contacting customer service but they have responded with emails that have absolutely nothing to do with issuing me a refund such as, "we cannot reroute your delivery" and "we cannot contact individual stores." I have been asking the same thing again and again which is a refund as per their Covid policy (which I screenshot and sent to them) but I still haven't been refunded my money.

I purchased over $300 worth of clothes on 1 February 2021. I receieved a confirmation email of my purchase. I had No Idea about the merger with ASOS. On 3 February I got an email announcing it. There was never any email letting me know whether the package had shipped. The website is totally shutdown, and when trying the return link (they sent when they announced the merger) the topshop page said they had no record of my order. Arcadia Group and ASOS completely failed their role and owes thousands if not hundreds of thousands of people money in returns. ASOS keeps redirecting me to Topshop and washes their hands of all the orders. Truly WT F.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering my items. I had received them fine, but took the majority of items back via Royal Mail and I have not heard anything with regards to my refund - an amount to £140 I am disgusted. As they have changed hands they do not care and would rather keep the money. Spoke to customer service at asos but they said not their problem take it up with Topshop pretty difficult when they have changed their website to asos. Finally emailed customer service but won’t be expecting a response anytime soon. What a waste of money! And all maternity wear too. I could have spent my money on much better things. I’ll never purchase a Topshop/asos order again!!!!!!!
Poor customer service
I was recently refunded the incorrect amount for a return.
It is incredibly difficult to make contact with customer services. There is no email address or telephone number only a web enquiry form which did not relate to my issue.
I still have yet to hear back from them. I am £40 out of pocket for their error and gave no way of making direct contact. Very disappointing.
Just put in a big order
Just put in a big order, then googled reviews and wish I hadn’t. Was so anxious as to what would turn up and when but everything arrived, a day earlier than expected too. All items correct and look exactly like the pictures. Some items went down in price after I’d purchased which was annoying but apart from that I can’t fault Topshop. Didn’t return anything - wanted to because 1 item was slightly too big, but didn’t want to risk it after reading reviews so hope the tumble drier will shrink it slightly 😂

I am appalled with this experience. Bought some items from Top Shop with the account I created and now when try to return it is ASOS. And they are not recognising my order number, email address or log in. Disgusting. Unbelievable particularly in these difficult times and money is so precious. What to do next!!??? Have to tackle the customer service department but going by these awful reviews not sure how far I will get.
No refund for returned items!!
Returned items on 2nd January via hermes - no refund, getting nowhere with customer service. I have proof of postage and they aren’t responding. I’ve been a Topshop customer for years without any problems but I won’t ever use them again after this experience. So disappointing.

I have ordered a bag which looked different to the picture what they’ve advertised on their website so I have sent it back. Paid for the delivery then for the return (which I needed to pay online on Royal Mail’s website on my own cost) guess what they have charged me for the return cost?!!WT...?!!
Awful customer service
Shocking in today's world of consumer expectations and quality technology that Topshop cannot keep their word. Over a month and I'm still waiting a refund. Shocking how little response I've had from their customer service, their lines are dead and although I have had responses (usually take about 4 days) - I'm still awaiting my refund!
And this is my first time ordering online. Let's hope ASOS make serious improvements!
How can you just "forget" a country?
I love Topshop and have been a regular customer whenever in the UK. I'd love to order online, but they deliver to every single EU country apart from Slovenia (we're an EU member). When addressing this issue with customer support, they were very rude saying that they're "not obliged" to deliver to Slovenia. There's absolutely no need to be rude to people trying to buy your products..

It doesn’t even deserve a star! I purchased items that arrived the next day. But I received the dress in the wrong colour, a small issue that should be resolved quickly, I have contacted the customer service team- which might I add took ALOT of googling to find a way of communication as the website is not helpful. After contacting them 5 times with images of the wrong product and asking how to return for exchange or refund they have not responded. My only resort- feedback for awful service and of course bin the dress because the colour they have sent is VILE! No stars for such an awful company!
