Horrible customer service. I have waited over a year for my redemption for my Topps Golden Ticket to Join Gary Vee in a Suite @ MLB game in NYC!

Company's a disgrace they need looking into by trading standards. No bots to stop reselling no communication with customers and shipping times that are a joke.

I bought a can 2021 tops baseball two cards corners bent, this is not machine random card box it’s a rip off, been on the phone with them waiting for 1 hour. There’s no way one middle card is bent in a protective case and another bent in a bottom corner 5th from Top

i orded a golden goal scores tin and i got it after 3 hours

Bad customer service, does not reply when package have been damaged or lost

I recently purchased 4 Jogos and they still haven’t been delivered. My son was very disappointed knowing his Birthday present has been missing for over a month. At this point I just want a refund but seems very difficult as the return period is slowly approaching. Cheers Ricco.

Got advised to purchase cards from the Topps website by a crafty Irishman who goes by the name Ricco, I have been waiting weeks for them to be delivered and I don’t think they exist

Totally unsatisfied with the purchase , I wish I read some comments before. They must have a SERIOUS issue with mixing the stickers inside envelopes , because I bought 3 packs of 8 stickers each , and one pack was ABSOLUTELY IDENTICAL to the previous. This means I had over 90 doubles with little less than 190 stickers total. And brand new empty album. That's totally unacceptable. I will surely NOT continue collecting Topps products , and stick with Panini.

Should be zero stars.
1. Short shipment, missing over 60% of the value of the order.
2. Terrible customer service. Received literally no response from multiple online service requests. Finally got an email after written letter... 3 months after incident!
3. Appalling shipping costs. Order to US, 60 pounds for shipping some stickers and a few tins! And then 60% of the order not even there.

This company should be investigated for fraud.

Topps are awful scam company don’t buy sticker albums off them. We got Spongebob Sticker album and after filling some of album you get to time when they have certain stickers you can never get. Now I’d expect after buying full boxes from different places and countries I’d get these missing stickers but in truth you can’t. I am not only Ive seen others complain same issue. So its money with them they don’t card about the child, now we also have a panini sticker album and we’ve no issues filling that in so even when down last stickers I still get them. Proof that Topps are con artists. I wrote and complained to them they didn’t card just told me buy them off them well thats what you want but no not right. DON’T USE TOPPS stick with Panini for stickers

Ordered 11/01/21, email to say dispatched 12/01/21. Now over 2 weeks later and not arrived and have heard NOTHING from Topps.

Have emailed them 4 times. No response. I have left 4 messages on their Facebook Page. No response. Tried two phone numbers for them and both say 'the mailbox is full' so you cant speak to anyone. What a joke of a company.

DIsappointing to say the least. Ordered a match attak bundle for my son which he wanted to buy with some money he got for Christmas but when it arrived he was very disappointed to discover that 5 of the packs with only 7 cards in had been sent instead of 5 of the packs with 15 cards in as stated in the advertisement and order. Now I have a very upset son and I am very disappointed on his behalf. This is stealing a childs money. DO NOT buy from this company EVER

I ordered the Match Attax October tour bundle and it states on the website it comes with 5 £2 packs. I only received 5 £1 packs. I’m very disappointed with this and wouldn’t recommend Topps products.

I ordered a $5 item 9 days before Christmas and paid $14 for the FedEx 2 day shipping to make sure I got it in time. They didn’t ship it out until 13 days after I placed my order. I called them two times during this period to see if they can ship it out, and each time I had to wait an hour to speak to someone. The lady on the phone was very rude and rushed me off and I was told that they ship items out when they’re ready and it will get to me two days after they begin the shipping process. I really don’t know why I paid extra for faster shipping since it got to me a week after Christmas. By that point, the shipping speed didn’t matter anymore and I would have been better off saving the money or ordering elsewhere.

I ordered a Champions League box 2021 for 45 pounds and i got the Match attack 20/21 festive boot bag that costs 25 pounds, so i got scammed by this company.
I just send them an email, but they prob. not gonna respond. NEVER order form topps scamming company.

I placed my order prior to reading the reviews but it’s safe to say Topps provided a good service. Dispatched quickly and delivered without any issues.

I would potentially recommend some improvements to the site which seems a bit buggy at some places but that may be a consequence of my internet service.

All in all a very good experience, will be ordering again.

Ordered 600 stickers for champions league 2021 season , 10 tins of 60 , got 300 doublers , appalling amount of doubles. Also 3 tins had the exact same 60 stickers, never got any Italian players they've obviously been held back , full Porto team and pof section empty too, I usually do panini world cup and euros and get 2 3rds full at least when I buy in bulk. But no we're near it with this album, emailed them with no reply. Avoid a total rip off. Won't be using them again.

Non- responsive, take money and dont provide updates or goods. AVOID

This company is a rip off. I ordered a Jeter card in AUGUST of 2020 and still no card. You do not need to waste your time with emails at their site they do respond to them. I have made seven calls to inquire and I keep getting the runaround that it is held up for some reason with no idea of when it will arrive. THEY DO NOT REFUND ANY OF THEIR SALES JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
