HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED! Terrible support provided only online via ticket without the possibility of speaking and explaining. In fact, they often DON'T understand or understand different things.

We also understand that your professional background as a lawyer may incline you toward confrontation. However, that mindset—seeking conflict rather than resolution—is better suited to a courtroom, not to interactions with people who are genuinely trying to help.

They can't even do the 1 thing they are supposed to do

I lost my lifetime domain name because of them as they can't even handle a renewal procedure.

They charged me and kept the domain in my user panel as if it was active even if it was registered by someone else elsewhere.

I had to open a ticket to point that out and they told me the problem was my DNS configuration. Then it took them over a week to realize what they did, but even after that they barely said it was a mistake because things changed somewhere else like if it wasn't their fault.

They didn't even offer to refund my money, I had to insist to get a refund and now they are not willing to buy my domain back. What a bunch of clowns.

They are supposed to handle domains, which is not rocket science, and they can't even do that.
