I was after various colours of laminate. All others sites generally had one or two brands, with a limited number of colours. Top Class Carpentry not only had a large selection of brands, but also a huge selection of colours.

After ordering I contacted them regarding the delivery. There response was quick in answering my questions, and their delivery was way quicker than it stated on their website.

Karl at Top Class Carpentry has been so helpful from the very start of when I contacted him about choosing some internal doors. I was out of my depth with it, but I
was steered very well and now have lovely new doors installed in my home. I’m not sure how well I’d have managed without the excellent customer service from Top Class Carpentry. Hazel E.

We ordered a couple of doors from topclasscarpentry.com and cannot fault the service and support. At every step, pre- and post-order, Karl provided outstanding advice and support on sizing, temporary storage and finishing options, and helped us resolve a minor delivery issue. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and will certainly return to them for any future needs.

Called Top class carpentry as I was having difficulty fitting a door rain deflector with concealed screws. Spoke with Carl who was excellent, explained everything clearly and knowledgeably . Carl was brilliant way way above and beyond not just Top Class , First Class. Highly recommended .

We visited Karl’s outlet in Worthing and he spent so much time explaining all the different types of doors available. The doors we ordered have now all been delivered and fitted and we are delighted with them. Karl is very knowledgeable and patient and is committed to ensure that we were happy with the end result.

I took a punt upon choosing this company, as I've never bought large sheeting of laminate before.
I'm a long way away from where they're based, being in the NorthWest of UK.
Failing to find any outlets in the surrounding areas up here, who can supply precisely what was needed for my project.
After seeing Topclasscarpentry Website and then contacting by phone, to discuss different elements to what I was after, they couldn't have been more knowledgeable about their products.
I was truly very impressed and went ahead with an order, which went smoothly and delivered on time.

Personal service and attention to detail - just brilliant! Karl is such a hard working and decent person.

Very good experience. My son ordered the door on a Saturday, was informed of the delivery date first thing on Monday morning by Stella, who was very helpful.
Delivery bloke turned up when expected, was polite and helpful and generally a good sort.
Door is in perfect condition and is the quality expected and advertised.
All in all, Top class in name and live up to it.

They showed the product I wanted at a good price. When they were not able to immediately supply the number of units I ordered due to a manufacturer’s supply problem, they very promptly kept me updated with likely supply dates and sent out what they did have in stock. Their customer service could not have been better even though it was a small order.

A last minute panic when I realised the joiner was close to finishing and I wanted a couple of additional worktops to match my current ones. I had the worktops, but realised I needed the trim.
Topclass Carpentry were astonishingly helpful and so pleasant to deal with. When I had a problem paying on line they resolved that and the delivery was so quick. Marvellous Customer Service.

I called Karl looking for a new bathroom door handle (to match existing ones) as the old handle / lock arrangement was a previously bodged job that finally gave up the ghost. Karl was most helpful and arranged shipment for next day delivery as we had some visitors staying with us and needed an urgent fix.
Would not hesitate to recommend !! Karl could not have been more helpful.

Top Class Carpentry have supplied doors for us three times over the last few years. Each time their efficient service and courteous customer care has been exemplary. Nothing is too much trouble for Karl and Fran, who go out of their way to be helpful.
