Lovely surprise... not!
We sent a fruit basket to a colleague who was sick at home. Not only did the basket not arrive the date promised and no one informed us about it, but after investigating why we hadn't heard anything, we found out it had been taken to a PostNL collection point. We had to call ourselves to find that out. There was no tracking or communication of any sort after we received the order confirmation. Our colleague had to go get it after days of being sent... so much for freshness.

Bad Delivery Time
This was delivered at 17:00 on Monday. How in the world is that a good time to deliver flowers? My wife did not get notification of this until 17:30 and had already left for the day. Poor execution here.

These flowers were for our cousins…
These flowers were for our cousins (Neef en nicht), they arrived when they were supposed to and it was really easy to order! I would definitely use Topbloemen.nl again if I needed to send family flowers.
