Alison was incredibly helpful from start to finish—nothing was too much trouble, even though I asked quite a lot of questions! The fabric I purchased from Top Designer was beautiful, even better in reality than it appeared on screen. I was so impressed that I chose to have them make the curtains as well, and I’m delighted with the result—the quality is first-rate. The curtains were carefully packaged and arrived promptly. Highly recommended.

Wallpaper ordered delayed by a month. After finally receiving our order were informed we couldn't return an unopened roll as we had to return at least 2 unopen rolls. Never heard of this and never had it with any other company. Was hidden deep in their ts&cs apparently but now a family of a newborn with a £75 roll of wallpaper which is absolutely no use to us when we could desperately use this money elsewhere. Now ignoring my emails asking for an exception to be made. Thought an independent company would have better morals than bigger companies but seems not. Avoid.

Absolute amazing service!

I cannot thank Briony enough for her assistance with my wallpaper order. I had numerous queries and yet all were answered promptly. Delivery was rather fast compared to other companies and I seemed to find the best value for money online which did make me doubt the speed of service and yet I was proven wrong! I will return when I require any fabric or wallpapering needs.

Your delivery people delivered the fabric to a farm 1/2 mile away. I suggest not using UPS when trying to deliver fabrics in rural areas as they can’t read maps or use postcodes! Hoping the fabric will be ok when I am able to fetch it

Best price around for the curtain fabric that I wanted and it arrived within a matter of days.

Unfortunately had two problems with the fabric, both were manufacturing issues. Alison from Top Designer was absolutely fantastic at resolving both issues, contacting the manufacturer and providing very quick and acceptable resolutions.
Contact was friendly, polite and extremely prompt. Literally within hours of my contacting Top Designer the matters were dealt with.
First class customer service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

On line ordering was very straightforward. Prompt communication from customer services about a delivery delay with an apology and an option to cancel. I was happy to wait and very pleased to receive my order today, 3 weeks early and it’s arrived before the email to say it’s been dispatched!

I ordered the fabric by phone (I wanted to check enough was in stock before purchasing) and had to amend my order about 30 minutes later to add an extra 2 metres. This was all confirmed. I placed the order on Tuesday at 10 and it arrived by Wednesday 11 o'clock and the correct amount arrived. Very impressed with the service.

Fantastic communication and speedy service

Material arrived beautifully wrapped and well protected. When you phone Top Designer, someone always answers to give further advice. Briona and Alison are so pleasant and lovely to deal with. Will recommend to all my friends and family.

We ordered wallpaper. From the date it was dispatched we received it in just 7days from the UK to new Zealand, the rolls were well packaged to prevent any damage. Very pleased with the product and service. I can recommend this business with confidence.

This is the second time I have purchased wallpaper from this company. The price cannot be beaten There was an issue with the most recent purchase, through no fault of this company. Byrony had the matter resolved within the day and had a fresh batch of wallpaper dispatched to me. Cannot recommend this company and its staff highly enough.

I'm from Australia and I bought a fabric from Top Designer. They have a lovely selection of fabrics and shipping was so quick too. Great customer service. Highly recommended!

This company is a great find! They are helpful when ordering, as well as dealing with any issues very promptly and positively. They are significantly less expensive than other major suppliers and much easier to deal with. They have an extensive range of fabrics that they can source. I won’t be using anyone else in the future.
