Extremely overpriced and does the complete opposite to what it says. If you’d like dry crispy hair that flakes white powder then this is your product! If you’d don’t then I would completely avoid at all costs

I am very happy with this product. Shampoo, conditioner and leave in conditioner. Do you make an intense conditioner hair mask? My hair tends to be dry. I try to stretch between washes but definitely can't go more than 3 days. Just habit, I guess. These products seem gentle enough.

I loved the advertising for Tootilab products and ordered the all weather styling gel, shampoo and conditioner. The all weather styling gel is ok but I have to use another company's product at the ends to stop frizz. The shampoo and conditioner made my hair extremely dry and tangled, to the point where I had to cut some tangles out and I lost a lot of hair when combing. I emailed Tootilab on 5th March and 29th March for guidance but I received no reply. Extremely disappointed. I will be throwing the rest of the shampoo and conditioner away as they are of no use to me - money waisted, frustratingly. I will be returning to my trusty John Freida Dream Curls shampoo and conditioner. P.S. the Tootilab bottles are very difficult to squeeze. I had to push them against the side of the bath to get the product out. I would not recommend for others with 3b, light coloured hair.

So just like the other reviews I really wanted to love this brand. I got bought the big bottles, shampoo, conditioner and gel pack, just under £100 for a birthday gift.
Was really disappointed. First of all the smell is ok. Kinda reminded me of vosene shampoo we used as kids, almost a medicated smell to it.
Also because I live in Scotland where it's cold, it's really hard to squeeze the shampoo and conditioner out the bottle. Need a good bit of strength to do it. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
The conditioner is nothing special either.
I also found that it made my roots of my hair so much more greasy, which isn't normal. I don't suffer from greasy roots!!!
Also I remember your curly girl saying they are large bottles so will last you a while.
The bottles are 400g the exact same size as the head and shoulders bottle my partner uses. So that's totally misleading.

The gel is rubbish. Yes you get a gel cast but it doesn't last long.
Can get better results with £5 gel from boots.

Like other reviews I fell for the advertising.
I don't normally make alot of reviews but because of the price you are charging for this product I feel I owe it to others not to get scammed.

What this brand has taught me is that I'm not going to fall for any more rubbish off the internet. Will stick to boots in the future.

I've used the cream and the gel together today for the first time got a very nice compliment from a work colleague it's made my day i know it's a new product im trying early day's yet we will see bit very happy with my hair today it looks and feels amazing with the dry horrible build up ive been experiencing over the past few weeks so fingers crossed but im extremely happy with it might be a new product for me only time will tell very happy tootilab 😊😇

I love the team behind this as much as I love the product. I was a guest at Break out beauty UK and they so deserved to be there. I have been using both sizes of their styling gel and love them. One for home and one for travel.

Spent £44 on a trial set but honest to god my hair has never looked so awful. It was simultaneously weighed down and incredibly frizzy. It seems the conditioner and cream are far too heavy for 3A hair. Quite possible the worst my hair has ever looked and this is after 10 years experimenting with my curls! What a waste of money I’m gutted. I wouldn’t risk trying it again as it’s taken a week for me to get the horribly built up feeling out of my hair

Wow wow wow. These are truly the best curly products I've ever tried, and I've been around the block! I have hair that really tends towards frizz and live in rainy London, so it's a constant battle to keep my hair defined without feeling like it's weighed down by products. The Tootilab lineup is the perfect solution for me. I only use a little bit of the curl cream to avoid the weighed down feeling, and then go in with the gel, which holds my hair like nothing else! I am usually holding my rain hood around my curls with a death grip, but now even a little rain doesn't mess up my look! My curls last the entire week with only minimal touch up - the perfect balance of volume and definition! I literally cannot believe my luck. I heartily recommend these products which are created by a truly passionate and kind team!

This stuff is unreal my curls soft not hard and look fuller its the best I ever used

I brought the travel size leave in conditioner and the style cream.
Started off ok. Smelt nice. Was light to apply.
Once dry id say it lasted about 4 hours before my hair was frizzy.
The following morning I had to wash it again as it was so bad.
I usually wash my hair once a week. And I wear a plop hat to bed.
Complete waist of money

I bought the small travel size products to try them out as I have previously wasted a lot of money on curly hair products that don’t work for my hair. I can honestly say these are the best I have found. I love the gentle shampoo, detangling conditioner and curl gel. I’ve had so many compliments on my curls since using these, I can also last more days in-between washes

I've used Tootilab a few times now. Tge best reasonably priced curly hair products that work! Gaia and team are wonderful - providing a personal service. The emails are answered promptly and an online issue I had was rectified speedily. Highly recommend the have product for any curly headed person with the best service. I have fine curly 3a type hair. I love this product and I am so glad I find it. I have tried about 6 different product sets but this is the best. I have shiny curly hair that holds and its the first product that holds my hair for 2-3 days without needing a wash. I have always had to wash my hair daily previously.

What can I say about this product nothing good I’m afraid cheap packaging I brought the all weather styling gel small bottle which said it would last a few washing days, I used half a bottle on my hair. Waste of time my hair was frizzy the day after and very dry it had no slip.
Waste of money I wouldn’t recommend this product would not suit all hair types mine is 3 c
and my hair looked a mess the day after had to tie it back lots of friz looked a mess.

I've been trying different curly hair products over the last 18months or so after discovering my once poker straight hair is now in fact curly... Have been using this for a couple of weeks and it's hands down the best product I've tried. Curls are super soft and bouncy, no frizz, no crunchiness left after scrunching, no heavy greasy feeling, and curls are revived day after day with just a spritz of water and a re-scrunch, even if I've had it tied up in a bun for a day or 2! Other products have either weighed my curls down, not created enough cast, left me as a frizz ball, or I can feel a kind of residue in my hair which is so frustrating as none of them are cheap. Tootilab does seem pricey at first, but it's worth it and I won't use anything else from now on.

I really wanted to like this brand, but the products don't suit me at all.

I bought the complete pack (shampoo, conditioner, leave-in conditioner, and gel).

First of all, the shampoo makes my hair very frizzy, and the conditioner is not at all suited to my hair type.

Then the leave-in conditioner is much too heavy, almost like curl cream. My hair becomes quite greasy and I don't really feel like it's moisturizing at all.

And the gel isn't that great. Honestly, any gel would do.

The problem with these products is their price.
For such a high price, I was really expecting something unique, but unfortunately I'm disappointed!

What's more, with their no-return policy, I'm left with unusable products.

In short, it's money down the drain.

I am highly disappointed and I guess I fell for the advertising trap. I ordered the full set in the travel sizes and was underwhelmed! I do not have fine curly hair by any means but the shampoo and conditioner felt way too mositurising and also stung my eyes. I tried the leave in with the gel combination and that made my hair a frizzy mess! So i then tried the gel alone and again my eyes came out in an allergic reaction. I think there are so many claims made about these products that are incorrect. Overall a waste of my money but I guess I know now to stick to what works and is more affordable such as Flora and Curl a brand that uses natural ingredients and does not sting my eyes! And had a long lasting hold gel. I won't be purchasing full sizes from Tootilab.

I use all the products in this range. The shampoo cleanses beautifully, you can feel it’s a premium product, followed by the conditioner, a little leave in cream and then the gel, the all weather styling gel, with built in heat protector.
I generally wash once every 5-7 days, I don’t need any refresh product sprays as I can just use a water spritzer and it reactivates the gel again, so no build up of extra products.
I’ve tried many brands for my waves, but this is my absolute favourite, and if I do try another brand I’m always back to this brand, the sample sizes are a great way to try them out.

As a curly girl I have a closet full of gels, mousses, etc that still left my hair frizzy on humid days, or curls that didn’t last a day! And then I found Tootilab! GAME CHANGER!! One gel … not 3-4 steps! All done in the shower. My curls are more defined, soft and bouncy, no frizz, and best of all they look great 3-4 day later! The customer service is personal and it’s obvious they care about their customers! Orders come quickly. I now use their shampoo, conditioner and curl cream as well as the GEL. I will not be without Tootilab products! PS/ my closet shelves are now empty of all the other brands! Thank you Tootilab

I’ve only been on the curly road for a short time and I’m still learning. Most important for me I’ve discovered I have waves not curls. Which after reading lots seems to make a difference.
I started with the travel set. I love the products. My hair seems to love the gel, however I think my hair is over moisturised so I’m looking into how to deal with that. Meaning my waves are dropping quickly. I’ve found adding some water and scrunching on day two revives the waves which is great. Unfortunately for me the items are a bit expensive so I will have to save up and buy one item at a time.
