Husqvarna pole trimmer doesn’t work!
Good price for Husqvarna pole trimmer and saw kit but when it arrived neither of the batteries they provided with the kit would stay connected to the power unit so just stops almost immediately - first use 🙈Disappointed after spending so much money on an obviously ‘untested’ unit. Now got to hope a local dealer can resolve as directed to do by ToolsToday.
Moral of story - better to buy locally than online.

Sorry you had an issue with your product Stuart but it is standard practice to take it to your local dealer to get any problem resolved. As you are about 170 miles from us, this is the quickest and easiest option. Also, it is not a requirement for us to test a machine before we dispatch it.

Ordered a Stiga lawnmower on a Thursday at 3pm. It was delivered on the Saturday at 2pm.
