I am extremely disappointed with Toolstation's handling of my order and subsequent complaint.
My parcel was left outside my property without my consent and without any agreed safe place. I never received the order. When I contacted Toolstation to report the missing parcel, they refused to carry out a proper investigation and simply dismissed my claim.
What is most frustrating is that I have been denied both a refund and a replacement, despite never receiving the goods I paid for. As a customer, I should not be held responsible for a parcel being left unattended by a courier without my permission.
The customer service I received was unhelpful, dismissive, and showed no willingness to resolve the issue fairly. Instead of supporting a customer who did not receive their order, Toolstation chose to avoid responsibility and leave me out of pocket.
I expected far better from a well-known retailer. Based on this experience, I have lost confidence in ordering from Toolstation online and would not recommend it to others.

Great store staff, good price but what a long winded procedure for changing store after on-line purchase.

For some reason online booked for a store 30 miles away, wouldn't let me change the store - only cancel.

Time Toolstation got out of the dark ages of on-line purchasing.

Helpful and friendly, and very good value for money.
Easy pickup because it's next to a mall with free parking where you can do your groceries (Nettorama) and buy other household necessities (Kruidvat, Action) at the same time.

Whatever you need they have it , at amazing prices.

I have always found Toolstation to be great value and they have a very extensive range, however, despite that the experience when shopping at the Mold branch is far from pleasurable due to the attitude of a male counter assistant who's attitude, quite frankly stinks and a great reason to shop at Screwfix.
Perhaps he would benefit from a course in customer service
