I needed some small welding gloves as every one sells size 10 - was able to order high quality GUIDE size 8 from toolorders.co.uk and they delivered them within a few days. Very satisfied with ToolOrders and the gloves as they don't slip off my hands ;)

This was the only UK company I could find supplying small frame safety glasses at a reasonable price. Delivery was swift, and although there was a slight mix up with our order, a replacement was shipped immediately. The customer service on the telephone could not have been more helpful and friendly - so rare these days! I would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Having searched the Internet for a replacement part for my Drift HD Ghost camera I came across Toolorders. Not only did they stock the part but it was dispatched the same day and arrived the next morning. Well packaged, prompt and efficient service. Highly recommended.

I found Toolorders just browsing the net looking for a specific make of tool. The website is user friendly and very easy to use. I needed to amend my order and requested this by e-mail and within hours received a lovely reply very personal friendly caring and professional and my amended order arrived within a few day. I ordered a replacement rear hatch for my Action Camera, Drift HD Ghost. Looking on the website I spotted what was the correctly described item but when it was delivered it was for a Drift HD camera. The two cameras are different with the Ghost having a waterproof hatch. I didn't return the item because I thought I could use just the centre bolt to replace the broken bolt on the original unit but when I had taken it apart it didn't fit.
The delivery service was excellent and the personalised e-mail added that extra bit of comfort but unfortunately someone at Tool Orders didn't read the back of the manufacturers pack to make sure the item was for the right piece of kit.
I'm still giving them four stars because of the excellent service

I've found this website to have a great choice of everything i'm looking for. As well as a great range the prices are very good. The packaging is secure and delivery times good. I've bought from here a few times now.

Although item was not in stock I was informed of when it would be in and it was dispatched immediately. Very pleased with the service.

The item I ordered was not shown as unavailable, but after the order was taken I was contacted to be told it was out of stock. It was apparently going to be available the following week (some 5-6 days), it was in fact dispatched about 4 days after the order was taken and arrived the next day. I was kept informed of what was going on the whole time.

I find this company easy to order with and lots of choices. The only thing this time was i ordered gloves of size 7 and they sent size 6 which in this instance didn't matter so much but it's too expensive to return them so we will make do.

The camera that I ordered came quickly and I was notified of its delivery progress. A nice touch was a personal note along with the receipt - that alone would be enough to make me use
