recieved air compressor brilliant no issues . BUT no invoice anywhere ? only the paypal invoice which has no item description . in need of the invoice please guys .

2 items not delivered promised a refund 1 month on nothing recieved and noe reply to emails and not answering telephone calls. Now set up a dispute with this company. Do not use

Tried to contact them by phone and e mail no response.

shocking to deal with. Quick to take the money from the account. no sign of a product. not answering emails x 3 and have left a voicemail.

Please don't order. I didn't receive my order and they're not answering the phone or email and Facebook page is out of date. Not picking up messages via messenger either. Either this is a fake company or they're no longer working, or just ignoring my messages !

Placed an order on 27/7/20 and they took my money the same day. No sign of my order over a month later - have emailed three times and tried ringing and no response at all - rude and unprofessional I would not bother giving this lot your business or more importantly your money - a shambles - do not trade with them

Useless site! Ordered a stain, paid for 48 hours delivery. Two days later when I called to check when it will arrive, they told me that they do not have any in stock! Ridiculous service!

I ordered a lathe, it arrived well packaged with tracking so I knew when to expect it. It was exactly as described. I would use Toolite again.

What more could you ask?

A vast array of tools and workshop machinery available in store - however, not all items on display on their web site are in stock and this has led to fairly long delivery times on one or two occasions - they need to chase up more vigorously on back orders.

Faster delivery than expected. Very happy with the product. Would happily buy from them again.

All the staff helpful ,pleasant and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to satisfy the customer
