Bought two TSTAK cases
Bought two TSTAK cases, the website states these come with inlays and gives a part number for the case and another for the inlay. There is no inlay, it’s a moulding as part of the case. When I queried this with them, they said it clearly stated these were part of the case, it definitely does not make this clear or I would not have purchased. So despite all of this, they charged me delivery and a fee to return them, I believe they are at fault but they are obviously not concerned about good customer service. The upshot is it’s cost me £11.98 and I don’t have the cases. I will definitely not be buying from them in the future.
