I ordered several Bosch 18v pieces from them via 3 different orders. Recieved all in a timely manner, no issues whatsoever. Would highly recommend.

They first sent the item to the wrong person. A month later, I got the item; then the item isn't working correctly. It was a Black n Decker product. I wrote B&D and they will not honor the warranty as ToolCent is not authorized to sell their products. Tool cent hasn't returned any emails since, over a month now, and their website is down for 2 months...

The package ships quickly. I'm totally satisfied with my purchase. However, I can not access the store recently. Hope they fix their store soon.

STAY AWAY AND AVOID HEADACHES. They had advertised a ninja foodie at a steep discount. I spent a couple of days researching and called to ascertain this was legitimate and confirmed yes, so I fell for their web of lies and purchased unit. Well, what did I expect? To be a credible company because it was me? LOL absolutely NOT. Scams and deceit you will get. Avoid these websites that have very little tracking record. They DO NOT have any inventory. All lies and working from someone’s backyard in Florida.

OK - ordered a Winix since I found this to be at least 20% cheaper than anywhere else. Checked these reviews and was concerned. The product arrived 3 days ahead of schedule, with communication from toolcent all through. Thanks toolcent!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY IT IS NOT LEGIT STAY AWAY!!!!!! I placed an order on Nov 29th never received it when I emailed the company they stated the item was delivered however they could NOT SHOW PROOF that it was delivered to the CORRECT address! After several emails back and forth the story they are giving me does NOT ADD UP! The contact number for Bluecare express doesn't even work and you get nowhere trying to ask about the missing package. Email stated package shipped Dec 4th but claims I received it Dec 6th never did!!! Toolcent then stated item got damaged in USPS however BLUE-CHIP IS NOT USPS they said the item was out of stock with there merchant and a new one was reordered and delivered on Dec 6th hmmmm how could I have received an item on the 6th that was supposedly damaged and reordered and resent with the same delivery day of the 6th???? I am NOT GOING TO STOP UNTIL THIS COMPANY IS CAUGHT SCAMMING CUSTOMERS!!!! Contacting Better Business and filing a police report!! Please DO NOT TRUST THEM

Any company that charges you a 15% restocking fee and makes you pay return shipping when it is their fault is a complete scam. They do not ship the exact item shown in their description...similar, but a complete knock off. There is absolutely no way to meet their burden of proof for a defective item...especially because they do not return emails in a timely manner. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

After reading other reviews about Toolcent, I was a little worried that they might be a scam. I ordered a product that was cheaper than other alternatives, and they said it would arrive in 2 days. They did mistakenly deliver my package to the wrong address, however, they quickly responded to me by email and sent it the next day. Maybe a little sketchy but not horrible.

Stay away from this place!!! They'll do anything to stop you from returning your item. They make it impossible to do any returns and it takes 2-4 days to respond to any emails. By the time you get the answers you need, your 14 days is already over for a return. They even tried bribing me to keep my item and they'll refund me 10% back. WHY WOULD I KEEP SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T FIT!!! It was written numerous times in my 6-8 emails that i want a return cause the item was too small but they beat around the bush to avoid sending my a RMA # for my return. Better off shopping thru Amazon and pay an extra $2-3. Noy worth $2-5 saving for some sh**y a$$ customer service.

This is likely a scam company. They will process your payment, not send the product, and not respond to emails or telephone calls.

Made a recent LEGO purchase. Correspondence was poor but the item arrived in great condition. They actually came in Amazon boxes which was interesting.

They are legitimate. I ordered a skating helmet from them on a Sunday. They had the lowest price I could find. I was beginning to get worried by day 3 because I hadn’t received a shipping confirmation. I emailed them and they got right back with me, with a code I couldn’t trace. However, I received it from Amazon, on Thursday, 4 days after my order. My overall feel was a little sketchy, but they came through. Hope this is helpful.

Completely took my money. They canceled my order never refunded my money. PayPal refused to help. They are thieves. Do not. I repeat do not trust them with your hard earned money.

I am very happy with my experience with Toolcent. As other's have described I was uncertain knowing scams are everywhere. After doing a bit of research, I decided to try them out as they had the Singer overlock serger I had wanted and seen elsewhere for much more money. Payment through Paypal sealed the deal for me. The serger overlock came new, in its box from Singer just as described. Now this is Not Amazon...it's not 2 day shipping, though the shipping was free. Given that it was also over the holidays it did take a few extra days, but no big deal I still got it in 9 days. It shipped UPS with tracking info. Thank you Toolcent I am super happy! Charlene S.

I ordered the Cricut Air Explore 2 bundle on Dec. 22nd and it was due to arrive between Dec. 27-29th. On Dec. 27th, I got nervous because I didn't get a shipping confirmation yet. I started thinking this purchase was too good to be true, because I got this for around $100 less than anywhere else I was looking. Well it came on the 27th in perfect condition. Completely satisfied!!

I purchased a Cricut machine on December 22nd. Today (December 29th) I received an email stating that my money had been refunded and they were not going to ship my order. I'm glad I received a refund, however a simple "out of stock" sign on the item would have saved me a whole lot of time and frustration.

Bought a Singer Coverstich/Serger for $200 less than the best price I could find anywhere else. Wasn't sure about getting it for so cheap but I used PayPal so I felt protected. Got it after 2 days. It's perfect!! So happy I took a chance!!

I don't believe this is a legitimate website. I've ordered a Yeti cooler 2 weeks ago. The payment was processed through PayPal to an indvidual named Herschel Richards. I have emailed several times asking for an update on order. I haven't received anything since the payment was processed. I would stay clear of this company!!!

I took a chance with this site and ordered a fitbit. Their prices are much less than other retailers. After I ordered, I immediately got a confirmation email, then an email letting me know my order was processing. After that, I received no emails and was concerned. My order status on the website never changed from "processing". It was super frustrating, as I'm someone that likes to see the process of my order and watch the tracking. Good news is, a week later, my fitbit arrived and it was brand new in the box (as expected). I was pleasantly surprised by this site and will recommend it to friends.
