Placed an order for a Dewalt lawnmower, was sent confirmation email station I would receive my order on 3rd April. Item has still not been delivered. Ive sent several emails asking for update but been ignored each time. I will be seeking legal action to start small claims procedure. Very poor service

Placed order online 11th January paid using PayPal order should have arrived 18th January . I sent an email 21st January no reply I then rang 2nd Feb no reply I requested and received full refund from PayPal . I won’t be using this company again

I purchased a wet stone as a Christmas present for my husband on 20th November from Ttolbox Scotland. Unfortunately, it didn't fit and because it was outside of the 30 day policy they would not exchange it for the correct size, even though we were happy for them to keep the difference in the price. I am disappointed in their unhelpful attitude but it's their policy and their choice regardless of it being a Christmas gift which meant I couldn't return it in time. I learned my lesson and just won't shop there again but what really disappointed me was that they would not publish my review. It was accurate and honest but it seems they only publish favourable reviews which suggests they are not a trustworthy company.

Failed, incomplete order. Do Not use these guys online on eBay. Will walk away from your problem. Have absolutely no idea of customer service and sherked all their responsibly. Shameful.
Then that's not the end of it. They than went out of their way to additionally message me and insulted and criticized my grammer and spelling in an intentional attempt to offend. Yes it may have been poor but amazing and unbelievable.

Do what I did and buy a Powertools 18volt cordless drill. It does the job of both screwdriver and power drill perfectly.
I am delighted with my purchase of this cordless drill. It comes with two rechargeable batteries, it is powerful enough for any home DIY task, and, it comes complete with a set of drills and various screwdriver bits all included.

This item was delivered as a present to my daughter so I have not seen it for myself. However, it was gratefully received and immediately proved its worth. I guarantee it will prove its worth in the years to come. What is it? A sensible long handle Celtic [Cornish] spade, if used correctly, no more back pain.

It annoys me that you have to pay higher postage to Scotland Website is a bit erratic in bringing up the tool you are looking for.Also had an email conversation regarding options on tool I bought other options listed but not stocked so not really available so you lost a sale there,

on monday i ordered paslode brads for my nailer. it's now saturday and according to tracking details they haven't even been dispatched yet. don't think that's good service. no e-mail to say if there is a problem or not. it states in delivery notes they will e-mail if this is case. also thought postage costs were high considering size and weight of item. the brads were cheapest online but probably dearest delivery charges. will be sticking to usual supplier if this is how toolbox treat new customers.

Supply good quality products at fair prices, a very competitive company.
Huge variety fulfils most of my requirements.
