£100+ order never received.

Requested refund, they replied saying they'd refund me, no refund received after weeks.

Opened claim with paypal

Sketchy company. Pills finally arrived after 3 months. No way its a 9001 standards company, my capsule had a hair caught between the casing and the ingredients were soft and gluggy when it should have been a powder! Would not recommend !

I'm UK based, products bever arrive.
Seller never replies

SCAM SITE, do not order from them, made an order almost 6 weeks ago, nothing arrived, tried contacting them multiple times, zero response.

I ordered a product for the value of $120 USD on their website. I was given the tracking number and was expecting it in 2 or 3 weeks. Fast forward 2 months later and 2 emails later, I haven't received a response at all, and my product is no where to be seen. Absolute scammers and this is a joke of a company. Please go shop somewhere else and do not waste your time here.

Terrible customer service, and dishonest. Product Safety seals were missing, the number of capsules was short of the stated amount. When contacted, the company responded, noting that a refund would be issued. I'm still waiting! I have contacted PayPal to refund my money. Avoid this company.

3 month since my payment. No answer to my emails. No package no money back. When I was making my order they react within hours. Once I paid it - silence

6 weeks since order and 3 unanswered emails to Tonvara and still no package. Obviously a scam company.

Wrote a review from a verified purchase [quoting order number] using their online system.
It has not been posted even though i think it is over 10 days now.
I also emailed cutomer service to ask why the review was not published and did not receive areply

I have used this company for about 6 years.Never had a problem order online and its always delivered in a few days time in a letterbox friendly packet.Nice strong products as well.

Dont trust the site,myself and others have the bogus Tracking numbers they sent us via Email especially on international shippments,They are not a real Company with many employees,there last message to me was good luckwhen i threatened to report them,i can show you the Email correspondence,2-22-21

Good products, but lately poor costumer service and slow delivery times. I'm a long time customer, and I think their products are good quality. But deliveries are taking several weeks, things that are "in stock" are only getting shipped weeks after ordering and they are not responding to messages. A year ago I would have given 5 stars, but now I can only give 3 sadly.
