Remember customer service anybody?
Yes it still does exist believe it or not and you can find it here . They recently helped me source a part I that I would have struggled to have sorted anywhere else. They also stock a very wide range a of quality products for guitar builders Luthiers and players, backed up by a great knowledge base.Thanks for your help Chris, appreciated.

When I spoke to the person there he was very helpful. However, a few days previously I had sent an email with my question and it had not been answered, hence having to call them.
