Still awaiting delivery of 'in-stock' toner after one month
Ordered toner cartridge from TonerKingdom on 16/08/17. Was expecting delivery within a few days based on standard delivery (‘Royal Mail First Class’) - website indicated that toner cartridge was available and in stock but this would not appear to be the case. Full payment has been taken upfront from my bank account by TonerKingdom. Toner cartridge however not received. TonerKingdom website provides a contact email address. I chased for delivery update via the supplied eamil address by sending an email to company on 29/08/17 and then again on 07/09/17 and again on 13/09/17. It is now 18/09/17 (more than one month after my initial order) and still no response at all from TonerKingdom. I’m still awaiting delivery of toner cartridge. Very disappointed customer and really miffed that no-one at TonerKingdom has made the effort to contact me – this is not poor customer service, but no customer service. Based on my own recent personal experience TonerKingdom seem unwilling/unable to provide the service that I’ve paid for or to engage with their customers . Will definitely not be using TonerKingdom again and I would advise all potential customers to think twice before ordering as you may not receive delivery within a reasonable timescale (I’m still waiting and it’s been over a month).
