The order process was FINE. Delivery was fast and FINE. The 4 clothing items were FINE. The fit of the items were FINE. What was totally unacceptable is being absolutely blitzed with further eMails in the following few days until I had to cancel them. IF a customer makes a purchase, then surely the system can amend the amount of eMails to them for a few weeks?!

Brilliant gear. I'm into the casual scene and me and chums all wear Tokyo Laundry. In fact we are all so well known for this magnificent clobber people call us the Tokyo Boys and steer well clear.
Get yourself rigged out...you won't regret it and it's not harsh on your pocket...you folla!

T shirt five pack bought as a present and recipient very pleased indeed, thank you. Good value too.

all good, use them for all underwear, match up with M&S T shirts of similar colours. Appear thin but after wash and tumble dry on low heat (Not recommended by manufacturer) they feel smoother and soft.

First time buying from Tokyo laundry and would be happy to buy again,delivery wasn't as quick as some but I think that was down to royal mail,the coat I ordered was great

Bought two knitted Cardigans. Barely worn them and both are starting top bobble badly. Dreadful waste of money. Bad quality.

Ordered two borg lined hoodies for Christmas.
Delivery was slow with little communication but when they did finally arrive, they looked great.
However the sleeves aren't borg lined (we usually buy from Saltrock and theirs are) so disappointed with that.
Now, having worn them just a few times, the sleeves are already very 'bobbly'. Another disappointment. I feel let down by service and quality so probably won't be ordering anything from Tokyo Laundry again. Very glad I bought them in the sale otherwise I would be sending them back.

Nicely laid out and easy to navigate website. Straightforward ordering process.
The boxers are a great fit and are holding their shape after a few washes.

Paid for next day delivery and ordered before well before 2pm as website states.
Not arrived in the time specified. Company didn't even pay for it to be delivered as next day delivery.

I have not bought Tokyo laundry T-shirts for a few years, but decided to buy once more, So glad I did, the quality is amazing, the sizing is amazing still to this day, just simply works. The price is also amazing, compared to other brands it really is amazing. the only problem I had was choosing, I went on their site to order 3 T-shirts, ended up buying 12! will defiantly be back. Simply put: Product 5* Size 5* Price 5* delivery 5*
