Customer Support Issues
The tool itself works fine, however Tokbox customer support are incompetent and terrible. I had iinitiated a request to pause my account (which had been running for 1 year+) through the Web UI and was given a generic error. Support was claiming I had never made a payment. Two weeks later, over 10 interactions with support (many of my emails completely unanswered) support simply cannot figure out how to pause an account, nor do they provide timely response - sometimes no response at all.
Happy to edit my review if the company seeks measures to rectify the issue, but over two weeks later, no avail. Previously a long-standing customer, I will be cancelling my account all together.
EDIT: After posting this review, and on their LinkedIn, the company was able to rectify my account issue. It is certainly appreciated, however their support system needs to be worked out.
