seen a car I liked rang up and was told would need 10% deposit £1000 thought it's a deal so nothing to worry oh was I wrong, was told the car would be ready Sunday it wasn't I rang them daily to check! It failed the mot on the breaks I.e dangerous (glad I didn't test drive. communication was appalling very bad attitude for a company trying to sell cars. The car wasn't as described listed things it never had scuffs on the wheel arch in the end I decided not to have the car! This is where the fun begins very rude sales person said I won't get my deposit back an having a right go at me over the phone! Got in touch with trading standards as it was a distance sale by law I can get a full refund in the 14 days even up to a year, TOGO autos still refused and blanked me. I went through the procedure vie trading standards left a review stating the company has stole my £1000 deposit I then received a email saying they will send the money back which can take 3days 1 week passed I got in contact they sent me a email saying they have seen my review and decided to keep my money! , so I removed my review and was told to send a email to TOGO autos saying I won't leave a bad review and I can have my money absolute robbing thieves don't trust them the company should be shut down but now I've got my money I am going to town on them.
Please please don't do any business with this company you should be ashamed of yourselves TOGO AUTOS.!!!!

Poor service

I was very disappointed after buying a car back in August I loved the car and was listed as having 1 previous owner and full service history. But since then the aircon never worked had to buy a new pump and then an oil leak which I've been told is quite a big job to rectify. I contacted the dealers by phone and email but nothing apart from saying I only had 1 months warranty which isn't good enough. They will take your money and give you the car but the after sales service is non existent I won't be dealing with these again very poor service.

I’m having a very horrific and terrible…

I’m having a very horrific and terrible time with these people, I bought and returned a Peugeot 508 Diesel engine car in less than 24hrs after purchase because it had a fault with the gear box which I was not aware of before the purchase (this is to cut the long story short).

They are with my money and with the car, they have refused to refund me saying they want to check with their mechanic first. For close to 2 weeks, I have been calling but they are not taking my calls. In fact the guy I transacted the business with Warned me never to call that number for anything to do with that car and this is the number that is advertised on their website.

The manager Nathan gave me his WhatsApp number but has only spoken to me twice to tell me the car is being checked by the mechanic before I’m given a refund (a car I had for less than 24hrs) every other time I have called he has not picked.

Consumer help has advised on steps to take in recovery of my money before ultimately going to court.

I want to call on all authorities (Alternative dispute resolution schemes, Trade unions, Consumer protection and even the Police) to please look into the activities of this company as they are taking unsuspecting buyers through hell.

They are locked away in their office where you can’t reach them until they want to see you or give you an appointment but how can you do that when they wouldn’t talk to you. The last time I was there, I was left waiting outside for 1hr before the manager came through. Whatever it takes, I will get my money back from the them because it’s my sweat!!!

This is my story, don’t let it be yours!!!

Very very bad service 😡😡

So Togo autos put on an ad about Peugeot 508 hybrid4 2 litres and first time I called the company to ask questions about this car the man that was on the phone kept on saying to me “everything is fine” “everything is fine” I asked him a few times how is the hybrid system is and he said working good and then a few days later I called the company again then the guy said that the car has hybrid system fault he never told me that before so that’s why I never bought the car

Very bad service

DO NOT BUY!

I wouldn’t bother to buy from them it is just a waste of time

Don't bother contacting you back

I have sent various contact forms to this company through their adverts on motors, auto trader etc for further info on cars i was interested in. I have also emailed direct and have had absolutely no response.

Steer well clear!!!

Steer well clear!!!
Purchased a car, within a day blue smoke coming from exhaust and was told we were being unreasonable for wanting a full refund! Was charged their ludicrous Admin Fee on a faulty car just to get my money back, Nathan the 'Manager' is rude and needs to work on his customer service skills massively.....See you in court Togo Autos!

Definitely be careful, joke of a dealership

This experience was a textbook cowboy car dealer that you would expect from a TV comedy.
I called the day before our booked viewing, called before I left my home 2 hours away, when I got there,
1- did not find a dealership as advertised but a building that is being renovated
2- when I called to enquire where the dealership was, I was told to wait for about half an hour because they lost the key? I pointed out that the add said there was 2 keys so where was the problem?
3- when I asked where the car was I was told in 1 of their 3 warehouses, but it transpires that the car was actually lost because they didn’t know what side road they had parked it in, not a lost key!
4- while waiting for the car I was shown paperwork for a different petrol car yet I was supposed to viewing a diesel!
5- no service history was available yet advertised as FSH
6- seller uttered those unprofessional words, oh that’s the paperwork I got from the auction, so I was not going any further with the viewing
7- when checking the history, I noticed that the car had an oil leak for 2 years, alleged mechanic/manager could not answer wether it was repaired but just replied it has a new MOT
I drove off
