They end the service before my ticket is over
I bought an account on this site, but after I used one month, the account disabled berfor my ticket's end time.I will never pay anything on this site anymore.

The service is filled with scam users…
The service is filled with scam users that give you access for a time to get your money and then remove you after a time.
The platform itself also is also user hostile. I requested to join a group 6 months ago and nothing happened. Now, my request was accepted and my credit card was charged. I requested to cancel and refund, and they say their policy is to only issue partial refunds, keeping $1 for "service fees" even though I received no use of the service - the group I was in could not be joined due to Spotify blocks.
Totally ridiculous as a customer policy to issue only a partial refund.

Great company all round
Great company all round. Its easy to select preferred subsciptions at a fraction of the full price. I have made several receommendations to others off the back of my good experience.
