The blouse I ordered was terrible quality. Honestly I wouldn't even give it to a thrift store!

I placed an order for a few dresses back on May 12, 2020 when the website was Todaypink.com. It’s now October 7, 2020, almost 5 months and $90 later still no dresses and no help from customer service. I see they have a new name now, Todaybest.com which leads me to believe this is a shady operation. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this site.

the worst place to order clothes. the one time i do it through one of those ads on instagram... i have definitely learned my lesson. spent $80 back in May.. received 2/4 shorts which let me say quality was sh****.. never received my other two shirts, yet I got an email about a month ago saying they would arrive in two weeks... what a f****** joke of a "company"

I didn't get my order and now the website is taken down. This is BS and a SCAM. How is this possible?? How can people get away with this??

Made an order in May , still didn’t get it. Two months after the parcel was shipped to me and only replying my email they told one of the items was out of stock and suggested to choose something instead. Two parcels were shipped , but tracking them I’ve got to know that one of the parcels was delivered to me three weeks ago ( what a surprise ) , of course I didn’t get anything, the second parcel came to my country and for some reason was send back to China.

I paid 80$ and no one is replying the messages anymore , they made it impossible to contact them on the main site. It is unfair that this kind of people and companies exist and continue their dirty business. I’m very disappointed

So aside from the fact that the clothing is overpriced - I ordered clothes from this website, hopeful that I was going to get my items but no. Two months later and I still haven't received my items. I emailed them and it wasn't very helpful. Basically it said either chose a different item (cuz one of them I guess was a popular item, which btw they neglected to tell me which one it was) or continue to wait. I've waited. And waited. I don't want to be rude but this is just awful. And reading the reviews...ugh. First time this has happened where I shop online and get completely screwed over. It's definitely a wakeup call. Save yourself and don't buy here. I mean it. They look legit but I'm getting scammer vibes from this. Sucks I wasted 90 bucks in the process.

Clothing took over two months to arrive. Looks nothing like the picture and quality is horrible. No point in trying to return they do not answer emails

i really should’ve looked at these reviews first because wooww. i don’t think i’ve ever received something such bad quality, but i guess that’s what i get for buying from fast fashion. I asked for a refund and sent pictures of the items and they never got back to me. i bought a pair of shorts that was something like $25 which is way more money then i should’ve spent on this. does anyone know how to get them to email back to get a refund?? it’s been about a month since i received the item

I bought two items from the company. But the items I received were different color that what I order (black instead of dark blue, and dark green instead of aqua).
My daughter does not want to keep those. So I tried to contact their customer service. Let me say, they don't make it easy. When you write to them, they do reply without including the previous email. And you can not respond to their email. So you have to retrieve the address email again to reply. And each time, someone different replies. They clearly do not bother reading previous communication. They asked me for pictures which I did provide. They replied that indeed I received the wrong items and proposed a partial refund but would not give me a shipping label for me to return the items to get a complete refund. I refused the partial refund and since then (3 weeks back), I have been exchanging emails with someone new each time and getting nowhere. This is a complete scam. This is a dishonnest company. Don't get fooled by the nice website. The quality is lacking. And they don't send you what you order.

Honestly wish i could give a 0 star but sadly thats not an option. i saw an ad for todaypink, which is now “todaybest” and thought wow those clothes are pretty cute. spend $75 on a sweatshirt, jeans, and two necklaces. 2 months later, it came and the jeans werent even in there, on top of that the sweatshirt is about an xxl when i put m. theres no tag on the shirt whatsoever at all. terrible DO NOT BUY FROM THERE!!!!

I bought some clothing from here.
Some of my order i had to cancel as, apparently, there was a problem. I got the rest of my order, which i quite liked. Although, i had a jumper that was a little too small. I emailed them asking for a refund and they said to send them the SKU number for it and i did. THEY NEVER REPLIED! I did that twice and that happened both times!!!
I think if you are ordering from this website, be sure that you got the right size first!

Ordered some stuff on May 5th but haven’t received nor gotten any communication from them.

This company is a scam. I saw an advertisement for cute clothing at a cheap cost so I ordered a couple of things. Firstly, I got an email that said my products could not be delivered and to reply to their email. The problem was, it was a NOREPLY email. I thought "ok that's weird." Then, I went to their website and there's no phone number to call or anything. Lastly, I finally reach a page about discussing my order, and it won't let me pass the captcha no matter how many times I type it in and I KNOW that I am typing in those letters correctly. Do NOT buy anything from this "company" or you will be completely SOL.

I am so pissed, I spent almost $50 for a "french" dress that took 2 Months To arrive in the mail! The quality of the dress was just like paper! Absolutely a RIP-off of the one shown on the website. HORRIBLE, do not buy from TODAYPINK, these people are stealing from you, and I am not the only person this has happened too.

i ordered some jeans a wile back and i just revived them today. they took FOREVER to ship them and once they came in the jeans were supper low quality and i payed 40 dollars....

I ordered black shoes from you on March 9 at 21:09, but the order has not yet arrived. I did not receive a summons in the email about where the goods I ordered are now located. I paid a considerable amount!!For what?Either you return my money to me, or I receive my

If there was an option for negative I would have chosen it. Absolute scam of a company. Run around to track order, run around to request a return, clothing is grossly mis-represented. Forget about obtaining a method to return items as promised on the website, customer service gives you the run around can’t find the order number, oh found it which items again, days go by and then return timeframe is exhausted. Original emails and replies are not part of the email string so you start over from the beginning. BUYER BEWARE.

I only gave it one star because zero stars was not an option. I ordered $140 worth of clothing and waited a month but it never even said shipped. I cancelled the order and didn't get all of my money back. It is a total scam do not buy from here.

If there was a zero star rating I would give -20. This company is an absolute scam. I ordered 10 items and waited 2 months to receive only 4 of them. I asked to return them (bc the items did not at all match the descriptions in the photos) and after sending over 10 emails, I have filed a dispute with my bank. I followed the return policy and got zero help. That, and I never talked to the same person. It’s literally been 6 different people every time I’ve emailed them. I have NEVER received such horrible customer service in my entire history of shopping online. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE CON JOBS.

DO NOT USE!!! Agree with others that this is a scam company. Does not deserve 1 star! Ordered 3 pairs of jeans for my daughter, only 2 arrived. The ones that did arrive are nowhere near the same measurements as listed on the site. After about 20 emails to customer service on how to return/ refund items it is clear they are giving me the run around and have no intention of refunding ( do not believe the refund policy!). Really regret using this “company” and not checking reviews more thoroughly beforehand!
