Perfect dress for a Maid of Honor
Great quality dress that I was able to wear for my best friends wedding. She planned it in 3 weeks and I ordered my dress and got it very quickly and it ended up being perfect :)

Unwearable Quality, Below Average Policies & Beware of Customs Fees
I ordered the "Cheris Me Ivory Plunging Maxi Dress" from the Tobi Ireland site. Unfortunately, the quality was shockingly poor. The dress was so thin and see-through, even with nude seamless underwear it wasn't even close to something anyone could wear in public. I have no idea at all how the photos of the model don't reflect this. There is no lighting or undergarments I could wear that I imagine would help.
Although shipping was free, when the package arrived, I had to pay €22 in customs fees. I was shopping off the IE website, so was very surprised when it came up. Looking back now, and intentionally searching for it, there is a small note in a policy page about customs, but nowhere was it ever mentioned on the product page or at checkout. When you order off a site with IE in the address, and see no notes about customs, why would you expect this?
And unfortunately trying to return it will only cost me more money. I'd have to pay to ship it back, only to receive a credit. And then again I'd have to pay to receive another item that I suspect would be poor quality.
Sadly, I wanted to wear this design to the Civil Registry office where my partner and I will sign our paperwork to become legally married.
There are once off poor customer experiences, but I feel this goes beyond that to the point where I feel taken advantage of. I sadly would not recommend shopping here.

I reached out to customer service twice to see why my order was processing for 2 weeks. I got no response until my order was cancelled and they told me “your order was cancelled”.... Very unprofessional and disappointing

I placed an order end of July and recieved it 16 business days (the site stated 3-6 business days). When I recieved the package, both rompers were damaged as the seam were coming undone. I sent an email to customer care right away and a week later as I didn’t get a reply. They replied 2 weeks after I sent my first email yet their answer is disappointing. I was asked to pay international shipping to return the item that came damaged. Honestly, would not recommend this place as the quality has went down significantly
