I am a first time buyer of Tmart. But it was very simple and easy search, choose and buy.The payment option was also what I wished (paypal ) to have. Tmsrt has other payment methods too.I will visit this website and buy more items in future. FYI I am an ebay customer .Tmart changed it.Thanks Tmart.

I have ordered from this company many times and have found them to be trustworthy . There prices are very reasonable and their shipping is is speedy (remember unless you order from the US warehouse the trip is from China). I have ordered solar light several times and have always been pleased with them. JLM

purchase some items from them on Jan 25, 2018 and as of now March 1st have not received them yet, contacted them twice and was told that it is in transit, will not buy from them anymore

Items come quick if sent from US warehouse. Longer if sent from China, but that's not unexpected. Customer service is ok.

I ordered 3 items a month ago. None have even left the shipping area. I have contacted Tmart 3 times and received 2 replies. I was told 2 weeks ago the items would be shipped in 12 hours. The second reply said the items were late due to the Chinese New Year and would be shipped the next day. Nothing has happened. Not very impressed.

Tmart is one of the best companies that I have dealt with. The products are first class and @ a very reasonable price, the customer support is first class I will continue to shop with them and recommend them to all my friends and colleagues, Michael.

I ordered four (4) items. I received two (2). Items 3 & 4 weren't sent do to a mix-up and the money is being refunded.
These things happen, ONCE.> I'm waiting for my refund and will order more items.

Hello, I like TMart because they have a great after sale service.

Their prices are usually good but the shippingh/packling is poor and I have received damaged products. Still, I will continue to use Tmart.

I bought the goods at a good discount (more than 80%). Sent quickly, the quality of the goods was satisfied! I recommend this store! Excellent prices and promotions.

TMart requested a photo of our personal ID & our credit card before we could get r merchandise that was already paid for! Crazy! Has anyone had this experience? I cant believe they are in business with doing things like this!!

You did not only request my credit card but also a copy of my passport this is what you sent:

How can you think I would trust you way over in China to not use my ID? You have received payment and still refused to send merchandise!! This is crazy money isn’t enough for your company!! You want my personal ID as well!

I have been shopping T-Mart and lately they have had some fantastic deals. When shopping from China Warehouse, I always pay the small fee for insurance. I also order from the New York Warehouse. Great service from both of them.
I have ordered all my solar powered, motion lights around my house for a fraction of the price. I also ordered the Zoom Flashlight that is so great, that I ordered for my Sister and daughter and they love them for walking their dogs.
The China Warehouse was out of stock for 2 items, so they promptly refunded my money so I could reorder something else. Their customer service was just super. The rep I was dealing with was named Belly, really nice person.
I recommend T-Mart shopping.

I have to admit that I was sceptical about buying from Tmart. I figured their products were really cheap but I was wrong. Everything I've purchased has been high quality and has lasted for a long time. I have yet to have a bad purchase from them.

Im happy, no issues here as far as product and website. Easy and fast.
My only real issue was i could not track my order by order # or tracking #...
