If possible I would have given negative… i came 3 times in 3 weeks to pickup the order Everytime customer service assured the product is in store and store informed its on way. waiting for refund.

If possible I would have given negative star...

They resolved the issue with an additional consolidation but it would have been better if the communication was vetted before. More than delay, misinformation brought it to this review.
I appreciate it resolved amicably.

Fast and easy handling of my complaint (damaged good delivered). The call center agent was very friendly and handled my inquiry with care. The chat function online did not work but a phone call and email did it all.
